Speech Conflict in Family Communication
The study was performed in line with the actual scientific areas of language conflictology and linguistic axiology. The article is devoted to the linguistic description of conflict situations in family communication by the material of the film βInadequate peopleβ (directed by Roman Karimov). The relevance of the study is due to the need to study communication in small social groups (in particular, in the family), as there is a high level of emotionality and intensity of communication, and it often becomes a conflictogenic factor. The text fragments representing speech conflicts between a teenager and adult relatives are analyzed. The markers of destructive communication and speech aggression in the communicative behaviour of adults (negatively charged language means and non-cooperative speech-behavioral tactics of condemnation, threat, coercion, etc.) and adolescents (high tone, insults, rude demand, disharmonizing strategy of discredit, tactics of βrudenessβ and other). Special attention is paid to implicit speech aggression, which is embodied in irony, sarcasm, indirect issues. It is noted that using such techniques, the communicant expresses a negative or critical attitude towards the addressee. It is indicated that the intergenerational conflict is expressed in the deformation of interpersonal communication, in the failure of mechanisms of understanding between parents and children, in disagreements concerning moral and value orientations

Development of science and pedagogics in particular is impossible without carrying out research significant in scientific, theoretical and practical way. Every teacher involved in educational of different levels (from preschool training to postgraduate education) focuses on carrying out research. The paper reveals the concept aimed at increasing efficiency of teachers β research and applying of distance learning. The author introduces new concept βpraxeologization of researchβ and considers this process as combination of research efficiency. The author pays attention to the course βPraxeologization of teacher βs independent researchβ which is an important mechanism for successful teachers β research. The course is based on praxeologization concept and specifics of distance learning Moodle. The experience shows efficiency of teachers β research increases by means of defining the results and ways of its achievement. Applying of the distance learning Environment in postgraduate education allows getting the following effects: - Engaging teachers, PhD-students and Master students in research activity by means of applying new technologies which allow meeting the most modern needs; - Economic attractiveness of the university by means of arranging data base of high-qualified teaching resources and aids; - Efficiency of education by means low labor-costs on lecturing and methodological activity. - Risks minimization of participants of pedagogical research and risks minimization of unsuccessful research results. The results prove that the concept of the author is right and correct.Π Π΅ΡΠ΅ΡΠ°Ρ. Body Mass Index and Indicators of Lipid Exchange in Liver Steatosis of Alcoholic and Nonalcoholic Genesis in Residents of Rural Area: Similarities and Differences
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and alcoholic liver disease (ALD) are serious health problems. Features of liver steatosis (LS) due to NAFLD and ALD in rural areas, including lipid metabolism indicators, depending on body mass index (BMI), have not been thoroughly studied.Aim. To study the features of lipid metabolism in residents of rural area in LS due to NAFLD and ALD depending on the BMI.Materials and Methods: 1152 residents of a rural therapeutic site were surveyed. Lipidograms and BMI were analyzed in patients with LS at NAFLD and ALD.Results. There were no patients with a reduced BMI in the rural medical site. Persons with BMI β₯ 25 among patients with LS on the background of NAFLD (98.2 %) are significantly more frequent than on the background of ALD (55.1 %) (p < 0.001). Among subjects with normal BMI there were more patients with ALD (44.9 %) than with NAFLD (1.8 %) (p < 0.001). There were no significant differences in age in patients with in NAFLD depending on BMI (p > 0.05). Patients with LS of ALD with an increased BMI were older than those with a normal index (p < 0.05). Also, there were no differences in lipidograms with LS on the background of NAFLD and ALD depending on BMI (p > 0.05). Triglyceride levels (TG) and atherogenic coefficient (AC) were significantly higher (p < 0.05 in both cases) in LS with ALD than in patients with NAFLD. Findings. Disorders of lipid metabolism were found in patients with LS with both increased BMI and normal. At the rural therapeutic site, patients with LS due to ALD have more pronounced lipid metabolism disorders than those ones with NAFLD, regardless of BMI
INFLUENCE of inhalation coal and rock dust on morphological changes of heart muscle (experimental research)
Early stages of coal-dust exposure on laboratory animals do not cause morphological changes in heart muscle. Later periods (6β9 weeks of experiment) are accompanied on the one hand expressed compensatory-adaptive processes, on the other hand. - selective accumulation of lipofuscin in cardiomyocytes. Accumulation of lipofuscin is directly dependent on the duration of the adverse effects of the dust factor and. may be one of the main morphological markers of deep damage and cell death with prolonged exposure to coal and rock dust

The authors describe clinical results of the laser liposuction procedure using the MultiPlex technology. They give a
comparative quantitative assessment of the effect of laser and tumenescent liposuction on skin retraction and turgor by
the example of three patients. Processing local fat deposits by laser emission resulted in the increased skin turgor and
elasticity in the liposuction area in all subjects, and skin retraction and higher skin elasticity were more evident than with
the use of the traditional liposuction method.ΠΠΏΠΈΡΠ°Π½Ρ ΠΊΠ»ΠΈΠ½ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΡ ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΡ Π»Π°Π·Π΅ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ Π»ΠΈΠΏΠΎΡΠ°ΠΊΡΠΈΠΈ ΠΏΠΎ ΡΠ΅Ρ

EPR study of hydrocarbon generation potential of organic-rich domanik rocks
Β© Kazan Federal University (KFU). The objects of investigation were samples of domanik formation rocks of Berezovskaya area of Romashkinskoye oil field. Content of Mn 2+ , SO 3 β , SO 2 β ions, vanadyl-ions and free radicals has been estimated with the X-band (9.43 GHz) electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. Composition of rock and extracted from it bitumen has been studied with methods of thermal analysis, X-ray-structural analysis and gas chromatography. Significant differences in mineralogical composition and content of organic matter were revealed in samples taken from adjacent intervals. Pyrolytic experiments have been conducted to simulate kerogen maturation and petroleum generation. The increasing number of free radicals was registered in all samples after pyrolysis in a hydrogen atmosphere at 350Β°C. A new organic free radical C350 was registered after pyrolysis. It is suggested that domanik source rocks have not fully realized their hydrocarbon generation potential
