    Assessment of the sustainable development of the flight route

    The article provides an assessment of the sustainable development flight route servicing in the absence of a regular schedule. It is not possible to establish a schedule of such flights due to poor forecasting of the requirements for applications for transport, so a calculation mechanism is required to adapt the situation to the usual conditions for formalization in a short time. The most convenient mathematical device in this case is the application of a multiplier form of integral penalty function, considering the operating costs that depend on the downtime of free aircraft. In the case of short-term transportation planning for service in local emergency zones, it is expected to reduce the waiting time for operational applications by 15-20% compared to the known method of routing planning using a “greedy algorithm”. The paper provides a specific example of a practical performance assessment, influenced by these criteria of operational nature and urgency of execution, which are expressed by weights. This methodology can be applied to the planning of small aviation flights, including those in agriculture

    Classification of the housing stock for the implementation of standard programs of energy-efficient capital repairs (case study of Arkhangelsk)

    The purpose of the study is to analyze the energy efficiency class of the housing stock for the implementation of comprehensive energy-efficient capital repairs on houses of different construction series. Research objectives: - assessment of the feasibility of using the software product "ECR Assistant" to assess the energy efficiency class of the housing stock; - analysis of resource consumption and assessment of energy efficiency class depending on climatic factors; - assessment of the energy efficiency class of multi-apartment houses of the same series. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the estimated energy efficiency class of a building varies depending on the average annual outdoor air temperatures. The main characteristics of buildings belonging to the same building series are not enough to classify objects in order to form programs for energy-efficient capital repairs. For qualitative organizational and technological design of restoration measures in the form of a capital repair, it is necessary to develop a fundamentally sound approach to the classification of the housing stock using modern methods for processing large amounts of data collected on the basis of continuous monitoring

    The aim of the work is to assess the possibility of underground parking during the reconstruction of objects located in the historical part of St. Petersburg. Using theoretical research methods, an analysis of typical problems during reconstruction with the development of the underground space is carried out, widely used work production technologies are identified, and the experience gained from such construction in St. Petersburg is evaluated. The result of the study was the conclusion about the possibility of constructing in-depth and semi-in-depth parking lots, as well as the reconstruction of existing buildings with underground parking in the central historical part of the city. At the same time, a high probability of significant restrictions or even a ban on reconstruction was noted. In addition, under the constrained conditions of historical development, high-quality, thorough and systematic implementation and monitoring of repair and construction work by professional geotechnicians and builders is required

    The aim of the study is to develop methods for assessing the efficiency of innovation and investment projects in the energy sector of the economy. As a result of the analysis of existing approaches, the modern problems of assessment are revealed, and possible ways of their solution are identified. A comprehensive analysis of the impact of innovation projects was carried out, and indicators and criteria for assessing their efficiency were determined. The assessment methods were structured on the basis of a combined approach, adequate to the target orientation of the projects, and a set of methodological recommendations was developed for assessing the efficiency of innovation and investment projects in the energy sector
