    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh social media marketing activities terhadap loyalitas brand yang dimediasi ekuitas brand dan kepercayaan brand pada pelanggan Indihome Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling pelanggan Indihome sebanyak 300 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan menggunakan SEM AMOS. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji outliers, uji model fit, uji hipotesis dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand trust, social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand equity, brand trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand equity, brand trust berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, brand equity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand trust, social media marketing activities tidak berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand equity pada pelanggan Indihome di Surabaya

    Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics is a Lex specialis which regulates narcotics crimes. Even though narcotics crimes have special regulations governing them, the investigation of narcotics crimes is still regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code. This article was written with the aim of knowing and analyzing the application of the Criminal Procedure Code in the investigation of narcotics crimes at the Malang City Police Narcotics Agency. This writing method is empirical juridical by combining primary legal materials with secondary legal materials. The author's conclusions and suggestions, namely members of the Malang City Police Narcotics Unit, in carrying out their duties as investigators are guided by the Criminal Procedure Code, the procedures that members of the Malang City Police Narcotics Unit use are appropriate, however, individuals are still found who are irresponsible in carrying out the investigation process. In carrying out the investigation process, Malang City Police Narcotics Unit investigators also experienced several obstacles which caused a slight delay in the investigation process and law enforcement

    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MEMBACA NARRATIVE TEXT PADA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP MELALUI STRATEGI KWL BERTEMA ETNOGRAFI SEJARAH KOTA PROBOLINGGO

    Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di SMPN 7 Probolinggo. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas VII G berjumlah 28 orang yang terdiri dari 16 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar membaca narrative text melalui strategi KWL (know, want to know, learned) bertema etnografi sejarah kota probolinggo pada siswa kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 7 Probolinggo tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa model pembelajaran KWL (know, want to know, learned) bertema etnografi sejarah kota probolinggo dapat menyebabkan: (1)siswa lebih aktif dan antusias selama pembelajran dilakukan; (2)siswa menunjukkan respon positif pada kegiatan pebelajaran; (3)interaksi sosial antar siswa dan siswa, serta siswa dan guru meningkat; (4)pada siklus II, ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 88%, sehingga target ketuntasan telah tercapai. Karena itu, penelitian tidak dilanjutkan ke siklus III; (5)hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 28% pada siklus I, dan kenaikan 10% pada siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, kesimpulannya adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran KWL (know, want to know, learned) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis teks pidato siswa kelas VIII G tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 SMP Negeri 7 Probolinggo. 

    Synthesis and Physico-Chemical Properties of Zinc Aluminium-Layered Double Hydroxide and Its Nanocomposites

    In this study, zinc-aluminium-nitrate-LDH (ZANO) at different Zn/Al molar ratios of 1, 2, 3 and 4 were successfully synthesised via co-precipitation method. Studies on intercalation of various anions namely dodecylsulphate (DS), acetate (AC), anthranilate (AN), salicylate (SAL) acetylsalicylate (ASAL), 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetate (24D), naphthalene acetate (NAA) and anthraquinone-2-sulfonate (AQ2) for the formation of the nanocomposites had been carried out. The anions of DS (having 12 C) and AC (having 2 C) were chosen to study the effect of the alkyl length on the formation of the nanocomposites and it was revealed that the basal spacing values were varied depending on the size of the anion. The nanocomposites of AN, SAL and ASAL with different ortho benzoate substitution groups were prepared via co-precipitation method. The basal spacing expansions of the nanocomposites: ZAA (ca. 1.3 nm), ZAS (ca. 1.6 nm) and ZAAS (1.6 nm) compared to that of the LDH (0.9 nm) are evidence of the successful intercalation process. Anion exchange study of various anions having different number of benzene rings (24D, NAA, AQ2) and different ortho benzoate substitution groups (AN, SAL, ASAL) were carried out. ZADS was chosen as a starting material where DS (interlayer anion), was expected to exchange with the newly introduced anions. Only AQ2 and AN were successfully exchanged with DS in between the layers. Thermal decomposition of the nanocomposites (ZAA, ZAS, ZAAS) at the heating temperature of 100-1000 ºC showed that the nanocomposites were thermally stable up to 300 ºC. The release profile of the ASAL anion from ZAAS in different solutions (pH 2, 6.5, 10) revealed that the ASAL anion was rapidly released into the medium at pH 2. The interlayer spacing of ZAAS slightly reduced at pH 6.5 and at pH 10 the basal spacing shrinks due to the replacing the ASAL anion by the carbonate anion. Kinetic models of pseudo-second order could be used to describe the release of the ASAL from ZAAS

    Use of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for Cymbidium mosaic virus (CyMV) detection in orchids

    The reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction CRT-PCR) was adapted for detection of Cymbidium mosaic virus CCyMV) in orchids. The oligonucleotide primers used were selected from the predicted homologous coat protein region of CyMV and other Potexviruses which enabled to amplify approximately 313 bp and 227 bp fragments using optimum reaction conditions of 2.5 mM MgCh and 30 cycles of amplification. The RT-PCR allowed the detection of CyMV RNA and virion in purified fonns as well as in crude tissue extracts of orchid. Direct CyMV RNA detection was possible in leaves, shoots, stems, roots and petals. The detection limits of RNA in purified CyMV and virion by RT-PCR described were 10 ng and 2 ng, respectively. The PCR amplified fragments were confinned to be CyMV-specific by dotblot hybridization with DIG-labelled CyMV cDNA probe. The suitability of the RT-PCR in routine testing of CyMV was detennined and compared with those of DAS-ELISA. Thirty samples of leaf tissues representing various genera or hybrids of cultivated local orchid from glasshouse and commercial nurseries were tested for CyMV by RT-PCR and DAS-ELISA. Among 15 samples that tested positive for CyMV infection by DAS-ELISA, only 7 samples gave the expected amplification fragments when subjected in RTPCR assays. The equal detection limit on purified CyMV virion by RT-PCR and DAS-ELISA and lower sensitivity of RT-PCR in detecting CyMV in a field indexing trial suggested that RT-PCR is unsuitable to replace DAS-ELISA for routine testing of CyMV in local orchids

    ICT usage in Malaysian SMEs: Analysis on ict adoption and perceived attributes

    The main objective of this study is to identify the level of ICT adoption among micro, small and medium categories of Malaysian SMEs from services sector. The empirical study from this research determined the relationship between perceived attributes of innovation elements and level of ICT adoption furthermore the ICT usage. From the probability proportionate stratified random sampling, 390 SMEs from the micro, small and medium categories as the respondents participated in the survey questionnaires. The data collection was performed throughout Malaysia by email, telephone calls and exhibition. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistic, correlation, multiple regression and ANOVA analysis. This empirical study revealed that 75.1% SMEs in service sectors at Level 3 – Advanced Communication, followed by 12.3% at Level 4 – Advanced Information Technology, 6.4% at Level 2 – Basic Information Technology and 6.2% at Level 1 – Basic Communication. The profile of ICT usage measured by the list of core ICT indicators was developed from the primary data gathering. Previous research has indicated that the rate of adoption of ICT innovation specifically among SMEs in Malaysia was low although there are many initiatives have been implemented by the government but the outcomes have not been fully translated into results. This is important to improve the performances by adopting the ICT innovation as SMEs are key drivers and engine for the economic growth. More importantly, ICT are among the National Key Economic Areas (NKEAs) that need to be focus especially for the purpose of SMEs development. Perceived attributes of innovation are important elements that have been considered in this study since it contributed up to 87% to the rate of adoption and core ICT indicators as the guidance adhered to globally accepted standards. Thus, the information on the current status is important before further develop the action plan. This study provided the useful information as the guidance to policy maker by created the identification of level ICT adoption and relate with the profile of ICT usage based on the list of core ICT indicators as the standard measuring tools. The practical implications to policy maker as well as society are to suggest the ICT trialability package, human capital development programs to increase the ICT-skilled workforce and empowering bottom 40 percent micro SMEs through ICT utilization along the business value chain. Mainly, the findings supported government agenda towards developing the SMEs as stated in SME Masterplan (2012-2020), Third Industrial Master Plan (IMP3), Tenth Malaysia Plan (10MP) and contribute to the government aspirations to become high income and developed nation by 2020 as stated in New Economic Model (NEM)

    Strategi promosi merupakan bagian dari strategi pemasaran. Yang berhubungan dengan dunia pendidikan, promosi dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan produk dari lembaga pendidikan kepada masyarakat luas agar mereka mengetahui, keunggulan yang dimiliki sekolah. Untuk itu sekolah dituntut untuk melakukan strategi guna dalam menghadapi persaingan dengan sekolah lainnya dengan tujuan agar calon konsumen yakin dan berminat untuk memilih lembaga pendidikan yang ditawarkan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskripsif dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan data digunakan untuk triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Strategi promosi pendidikan melalui ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi di SMP Islam Da’watul yaitu: a. Periklanan: melalui Brosur spanduk dan internet b. Personal selling :Sosialisasi secara langsung kepada peserta didik c. Promosi penjualan :Memberikan fasilitas penuh pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi d. Publisitas/hubungan masyarakat: Mengadakan pameran dan mengikuti perlombaan. 2. Implikasi starategi promosi pendidikan melalui ekstrakurikuler kaligrafi di SMP Islam Da’watul Haq adalah: a. Meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik dari tahun ketahun b. Dapat menarik minat konsumen c. Meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dan orangtua . Saran: sekolah dapat meningkatkan promosi khususnya dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung dalam promosi
