Erforschung kondensierter Materie im Verbund mit Grossgeraeten. Physik, Chemie, Biologie. Ergebnisberichte 1992-1995 Kurzdarstellung

Activities for research into condensed matter have been supported by the German BMBF with approx. 102 million Deutschmarks in the years 1992 through 1995. These financial means have been distributed among 314 research projects in the fields of physics, chemistry, biology, materials science, and other fields, which all rely on the intensive utilization of photon and particle beams generated in large-scale apparatus of institutions for basic research. The volume in hand first gives information of a general kind and statistical data on the distribution of financial means, for a number of priority research projects. The project reports are summarizing reports on the progress achieved in the various projects. (CB)Der Bereich ''Erforschung kondensierter Materie'' wurde in den Jahren 1992 bis 1995 mit etwa 102 Mio. DM durch das BMBF gefoerdert. Diese Mittel verteilten sich auf 314 Forschungsvorhaben aus der Physik, Chemie, Biologie, Materialwissenschaft u.an., deren gemeinsamer Nenner die intensive Nutzung der Photonen- und Teilchenstrahlen aus den Grossgeraeten der Grundlagenforschung war. Dieser Band enthaelt zunaechst allgemeine Informationen und statistische Daten ueber die Verteilung der Foerdermittel und Forschungsschwerpunkte. Daran schliessen sich dann Kurzdarstellungen der einzelnen Foerdervorhaben an. La marginalità a Piacenza e nel suo circondario nella tarda età napoleonica (1810-1814)

This paper wants to be a frame about the situation of poorest people in Piacenza during the late Napoleonic age (1810-1814). In that period the French domination replaced the catholic Church in the assistance and caring of people in need, organizing a State service. To complete this transformation, they used part of the money raised by ecclesiastic dispossession, principally lands and monasteries. Today we can study this period of transformations thanks to the administrative efficiency of the French domination whom registered a lot of information about the social marginality’s phenomenon. The French domination brought an important modernization of social and economic sectors in the modern history of both Piacenza and Italy; it also brought an exploitation related to the European hegemony’s project pursued by Napoleon
