On the Dini-Hadamard subdifferential of the difference of two functions
In this paper we first provide a general formula of inclusion for the
Dini-Hadamard epsilon-subdifferential of the difference of two functions and
show that it becomes equality in case the functions are directionally
approximately starshaped at a given point and a weak topological assumption is
fulfilled. To this end we give a useful characterization of the Dini-Hadamard
epsilon-subdifferential by means of sponges. The achieved results are employed
in the formulation of optimality conditions via the Dini-Hadamard
subdifferential for cone-constrained optimization problems having the
difference of two functions as objective.Comment: 19 page
Considerations concerning the analysis of the wage costs efficiency
In this article, the authors sought to study the efficiency of the staff costs and its reflection upon the main economic and financial indicators of a company. In the performed study, the application of the factor analysis models was made at the level of an industrial trading company the social object of which is manufacturing automotive subassemblies. The efficiency of the wage costs was monitored by the correlation between the average wage and the labour efficiency as well as by means of the indicators used for the general expression of their efficiency, such as: staff costs at an operating income, turnover or added value of 1,000 Lei. Moreover, highlighting the economic and financial consequences of their modification on the main key performance indicators of the company was considered. The conclusions that were drawn are useful for the management company for the substantiation of the decisions related to the improvement of the usage of the human resources, with direct positive consequences upon the reduction of the wage costs to 1,000 Lei and of the wage costs per product unit, as well as upon the profit increase.staff costs, efficiency, labour efficiency, average wage
Methods and Conditions for Achieving Continuous Improvement of Processes
In the early twentieth century, the Taylor model improved, in a spectacular maner the efficiency of the production processes. This allowed obtaining high productivity by low-skilled workers, but used in large number in the execution of production. Currently this model is questioned by experts and was replaced by the concept of "continuous improvement". The first signs of change date from the '80s, with the apparition of quality circles and groups of operators on quality issues, principles which are also found in other continuous improvement strategies like: TQM (Total Quality Management), TPM (Total Production Maintenance), Kaizen and Six-Sigma. All these strategies are based on an active participation of the workers. Within this framework, many companies organize autonomous teams of workers responsible for organizing their work and improve economic performances.continuous improvement; segment improvement; Kaizen; TQM; TPM; autonomous teams; Six Sigma.

THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONS' POTENTIAL OF COMPETITIVENESS ON THEIR CURRENT STRATEGIC AND TACTICAL MOVEMENTS
Organizations' competitiveness is an effect of their current strategic and tactical movements and also a cause, a driver of future performance. This paper aims to analyze competitiveness in dynamics, by taking into account the impact of organizations' potential of competitiveness on their current actions, which of course will lead to a higher or lower level of competitiveness in future.organizations, potential of competitiveness, sustained competitive advantage, strategy, management, dynamics
