    This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students using the video of the stop motion animation as an offiler learning media in the reciprocal teaching learning model on chemical bond material in SMA Negeri 4 Ambon. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study is class X IPA-2 with the number of students as many as 30 people. This study lasted for 3 meetings on chemical ties, technique of data collection in this study included test techniques, LKS, observation using cognitive aspect sheets, observation sheet of affective aspects (attitude) and observation sheet of psychomotor aspects (skills). The Pretest is given treatment to measure students’  initial understanding while, the posttest is given to measure students’ final understanding after being given treatment. From the results of data analysis obtained showing the learning outcomes of class X IPA-2 students have achieved minimum completeness criteria (KKM), with the final value obtained is the excellent qualification of 1 student (3.3%), qualification of both 4 students (13.3%), qualification is quite 23 students (76.7%) and qualifying 2 less than 6 students (6.7%). The results of research data analysis through N-Gain calculations showed an increase in student learning outcomes obtained by 7 students (23.3%) in high categories and 23 students (76.7%) in medium category, for the average results of N-Gain scores all students obtained by 0.68 which are in medium category. From the results obtained all students meet the assessment criteria despite being in different qualifications. The results showed an increase in the use of the learning method of animation video stop motion can improve student learning outcomes. &nbsp

    Bioaccumulated Mercury by Several Types of Plants in Ex-Traditional Gold Processing Area, Gogorea Village, Buru Island

    This study examines the accumulation of metallic mercury by several types of plants in the traditional gold processing area in the village of Gogore, Buru district. The plants that were sampled in this study were guava, lempuyang gajah, and harendong bulu. These three plant species were chosen because they dominate the vegetation in the gold processing area. The analysis results showed that the lempuyang gajah was the plant that accumulated the highest mercury metal, namely in the roots of 16.79 ppm and the leaves of 15.03 ppm. Guava plants accumulated metal mercury in the roots and leaves of 11.73 ppm and 9.90 ppm, respectively. Meanwhile, harendong plants accumulated mercury in the roots and leaves of 2.59 ppm and 10.39 ppm, respectively. The BCF values ​​of guava, lempuyang gajah, and harendong bulu plants were 1.58, 0.41, and 0.39, respectively. Meanwhile, the TF values ​​of the three plants were 0.84, 0.89, and 4.01, respectively. From these results, it can be concluded that the three plants can accumulate mercury in high enough concentrations, so these three types of plants are categorized as hyper tolerant plants and accumulators

    PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN PUPUK ORGANIK TERHADAP PENYERAPAN LOGAM TIMBAL (Pb) OLEH TANAMAN LIDAH MERTUA (Sansevieria trifasciata)

    Fitoremediasi adalah penggunaan tanaman untuk pembersihan tanah yang terkontaminasi, sedimen, atau air. Tanaman yang digunakan adalah Sansevieria trifasciata. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan pupuk organik untuk mempercepat proses penyerapan logam berat ke jaringan tanaman sehingga kandungan logam berat dalam tanah dapat berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi Pb yang diserap oleh S. trifasciata, pengaruh penambahan pupuk organik terhadap penyerapan Pb oleh S. trifasciata, dan nilai BCF dan TF. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menambahkan 60 gr dan 80 gr pupuk kandang kotoran ayam pada tanah yang telah di tanami S. trifasciata  selama 1 minggu setelah itu disirami larutan timbal 400 ppm dan dibiarkan selama 31 hari. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan spektroskopi serapan atom (SSA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kadar Pb pada akar dan daun P1 yaitu 49,83 ppm dan 3,81 ppm; pada akar dan daun P2 yaitu 69,76 ppm dan 10,69 ppm; sedangkan pada akar dan daun P3 yaitu 206,92 ppm  dan 8,33 ppm. Pengaruh dari penambahan pupuk organik yaitu dapat meningkatkan penyerapan  Pb dari tanah ke tanaman. Nilai BCF dan TF  berturut-turut adalah pada P1 : 0,89 dan 0,08; P2 : 1,56 dan 0,15 dan P3 : 4,18 dan 0,04.   Kata Kunci : Fitoremediasi, Pupuk Organik, Logam Timbal, Sansevieria Trifasciata
