Применение методов математической статистики для оптимизации состава защитных покрытий
В статье методом математической статистики определено оптимальное содержание в полимерном композитном материале модификатора, ультрадисперсного алмаза и мелкозернистого наполнителя карбоната лития для формирования адгезионного и функционального слоев защитного покрытия. В процессе эксперимента было изучено влияние трех факторов (содержание добавок) на физикомеханические (модуль упругости при изгибе, ударная вязкость) и теплофизические (теплостойкость по Мартенсу, термический коэффициент линейного расширения) свойства композитов. Доказана адекватность полученных моделей и согласованность их с результатами оптимизации по критерию желательности
An interdisciplinary overview of levee setback benefits: Supporting spatial planning and implementation of riverine nature-based solutions
Nature-based solutions (NbS, and related concepts like natural infrastructure, Ecosystem-based Adaptation, and green infrastructure) are increasingly recognized as multi-benefit strategies for addressing the critical sustainability challenges of the Anthropocene, including the climate emergency and biodiversity crisis. Mainstreaming NbS in professional practice requires strategic, landscape-level planning integrating multiple sources of benefits and their synergies and trade-offs. Levee setbacks (LS) are among the best-studied riverine NbS with recognized benefits for flood risk management, drought resilience, water quality management, recreational opportunities, and ecological restoration for biodiversity. Although awareness of the multifarious benefits of LS as forms of Natural Capital is growing, implementation remains ad-hoc and opportunistic. To address this critical implementation gap for one major example of NbS, we review and synthesize literature across diverse disciplines to provide an overview of the primary social, economic, and ecological mechanisms that affect the co-benefit delivery of LS projects. Next, to make this information relevant to NbS practitioners, we link these mechanisms to spatial metrics that can be used to approximate the relative magnitude of project benefits and costs across these mechanisms. Finally, we highlight examples of key synergies and trade-offs among benefits that should be considered for LS planning. This synthetic approach is intended to familiarize readers with the diverse potential benefits of LS, and provide an understanding of how to select and prioritize potential sites for further study and implementation. Synergies and trade-offs among important benefit drivers abound, and social equity concerns will be paramount in ensuring the successful implementation of LS and other NbS in the future. Stationary and coherent spectroscopy of 167
We have conducted a spectroscopic investigation of 167Er3+ ions in optical waveguides on an optical transition between the hyperfine sublevels of 4I15/2 and 4I9/2 multiplets. Waveguides with diameters ranging from 20 to 100 µm were produced in the crystal by a femtosecond laser using the depressed-cladding approach. The spectroscopy results of 167Er3+ ions inside the waveguides show additional broadening and an overall shifts of the spectra compared to the bulk spectrum of ions. The sign of the observed frequency shift depends on the diameter of the specific waveguide. We have also observed a two-pulse photon echo in several waveguides. The acquired results show the possibility for integrated quantum schemes in rare-earth ions doped crystals
Опыт применения экстракорпоральной ударно-волновой терапии в лечении вертеброгенных дорсалгий в амбулаторно-поликлинической практике
The article presents an analysis of the vertebral pain syndrome, the pathogenesis of the formation of myofascial pain syndrome and trigger zones. The basic princiles of treatment of vertebral pain syndrome are considered, and an interesting non-drug method of treatment of vertebral pain syndrome - extracorporeal shockwave therapy - is descibed. The purpose of the research is the evaluation of the efficiency of extracorporeal shock-wave therapy incorporation in outpatient treatment of patients with vertebral pain syndrome accompanied by the formation of myofascial trigger zones in skeletal muscles.В статье приводится анализ причин и механизмов возникновения вертеброгенных дорсалгий, патогенез формирования миофасциального болевого синдрома и триггерных зон, рассматриваются основные принципы лечения вертебрального болевого синдрома, а также указывается одно из перспективных методов немедикаментозного лечения вертеброгенных дорсалгий - экстракорпоральная ударно-волновая терапия (ЭУВТ). Целью работы явилось исследование эффективности применения в амбулаторно - поликлинических условиях метода ЭУВТ при вертеброгенных дорсалгиях, сопровождающихся образованием в скелетных мышцах миофасциальных триггерных зон
ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПСИХОЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СТАТУСА У ДЕТЕЙ ПРИ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ ВАРИАНТАХ СИНДРОМА РАЗДРАЖЕННОГО КИШЕЧНИКА
The purpose of the study was to investigate the characteristics of mental and emotional status of children with different forms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The study of mental and emotional status in 67 children aged 12 to 17 years with various IBS was carried out. The high frequency of dysthymia and a high level of anxiety, combined with a variety of character accentuations have been revealed. It is advisable to conduct psychological counseling and inclusion in the complex therapy of psychotropic drugs for children with CRK. Целью исследования стало изучение особенностей психоэмоционального статуса у детей с различными вариантами синдрома раздраженного кишечника (СРК). Проведено исследование психоэмоционального статуса у 67 детей в возрасте от 12 до 17 лет. У большинства пациентов выявлена дистимия, высокая тревожность в сочетании с различными акцентуациями характера. Сделан вывод о необходимости психологического сопровождения детей с CРК, а также проведения психиатрического обследования с целью своевременного назначения соответствующего медикаментозного лечения.
