Measurement of Dielectric Loss by Phase Method

The measuring device for dielectric loss tangent of real insulating material (which is a capacitor having capacitance and active resistance) measurement has been considered. The device uses the phase shift method and the temporary separation of the measurement channel. Management of measurement process and processing of the measurement results is carried out by programmable microcontroller.
