Partner symmetries of the complex Monge-Ampere equation yield hyper-Kahler metrics without continuous symmetries
We extend the Mason-Newman Lax pair for the elliptic complex Monge-Amp\`ere
equation so that this equation itself emerges as an algebraic consequence. We
regard the function in the extended Lax equations as a complex potential. We
identify the real and imaginary parts of the potential, which we call partner
symmetries, with the translational and dilatational symmetry characteristics
respectively. Then we choose the dilatational symmetry characteristic as the
new unknown replacing the K\"ahler potential which directly leads to a Legendre
transformation and to a set of linear equations satisfied by a single real
potential. This enables us to construct non-invariant solutions of the Legendre
transform of the complex Monge-Amp\`ere equation and obtain hyper-K\"ahler
metrics with anti-self-dual Riemann curvature 2-form that admit no Killing

Universal low-energy properties of three two-dimensional particles
Universal low-energy properties are studied for three identical bosons
confined in two dimensions. The short-range pair-wise interaction in the
low-energy limit is described by means of the boundary condition model. The
wave function is expanded in a set of eigenfunctions on the hypersphere and the
system of hyper-radial equations is used to obtain analytical and numerical
results. Within the framework of this method, exact analytical expressions are
derived for the eigenpotentials and the coupling terms of hyper-radial
equations. The derivation of the coupling terms is generally applicable to a
variety of three-body problems provided the interaction is described by the
boundary condition model. The asymptotic form of the total wave function at a
small and a large hyper-radius is studied and the universal logarithmic
dependence in the vicinity of the triple-collision point is
derived. Precise three-body binding energies and the scattering length

Morbidity with temporary incapacity for work in the Southern Federal District of Russia. Selected indicators
Objective: To analyze the patterns of morbidity with temporary incapacity for work in the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation.Materials and Methods: The object of the study is a unified interagency analytics platform. The subject of the research is the indicators of morbidity with temporary incapacity for work of the working population of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation of the Southern Federal District over 2005β2019: βThe number of cases of temporary incapacity for work per 100 employeesβ, βThe number of days of temporary incapacity for work per 100 employeesβ. The descriptive statistics methods were applied.Results: The studied statistical indicators of temporary incapacity for work reveal a steady positive trend in the morbidity rate of the working population in all the constituent entities of the Southern Federal District. From 2014 to 2015, there was a significant reduction in the indicators of temporary incapacity for work in all the constituent entities of the district. The indicators in all the studied constituent entities simultaneously declined, this decline being more prominent than in the previous 10 years. The data of the federal statistical monitoring does not represent an overall set of cases and days of temporary incapacity for work.Summary: It is deemed essential to amend Order of The Russian Federal Service for Statistics No. 723. All individuals and legal entities involved in medical activities for the examination of temporary incapacity for work in the relevant region must provide reports in accordance with Form 16-VN to the competent authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

Development of method approaches to the use of regression models for assessment of health effects of socio-economic risk factors in the system of socio-hygienic monitoring (experience of the Sverdlovsk region)
The analysis of socio-hygienic monitoring data showed statistically significant correlations between the mortality in working-age population and socio-economic indices (modern conveniences in homes, availability of medical aid, the portion of pensioners, and the level of unemployment) and also between their increases with account for the time lag. The highest (by module) coefficients of correlation between the increase in socio-econom ic risk factors and the change in the working-age mortality rate were found with the time lag of 1 year. For a more adequate decision making related to effects of socio-economic factors indicator rates in the sphere of securing sanitary and epidemiologic welfare of the population were identified.ΠΡΠΎΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½Π½ΡΠΉ Π°Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ· Π΄Π°Π½Π½ΡΡ

Disease rate dynamics among teenagers of Yekaterinburg over a three-year period
The articles presents trends in disease rates among teenagers of Yekaterinburg over a three-year period.
