    Propensity to pedagogical activity in the structure of professional choice of high school students

    The relevance of the study of the problem of professional self-determination of high school students and features of the choice of profession by modern graduates is substantiated. The degree of expression of pedagogical inclinations in the structure of professional personality types and types of professional activity of graduates as a result of research of high school students is established. Methods were used: a questionnaire of professional inclinations (L. Yovaishi’s method in G. V. Rezapkina’s modification), the method “Determination of professional personality type” (J. V. Rezapkina’s method). Holland in the modification Of G. V. Resorcinol), methods - methods “Matrix choice of profession” G. V. Resorcinol. It was found that the most common professional personality type among high school students with pedagogical inclinations is the social type. Respondents with a tendency to pedagogical activity often have a harmonious structure of professional choice, namely, a high indicator in which all three components of professional choice (inclinations, interests, type) are clearly expressed

    Targeted admission as a mechanism for HR formation in the agro-industrial complex

    The article describes the targeted admission in the system of higher agricultural education in Russia as an institutional mechanism for the reproduction of the personnel potential of the country’s agro-industrial complex. The problem of reproduction of specialists in the agrarian sector has a deep contradiction and is characteristic not only for Russia or its individual regions, but at the global level. The empirical part of the study was carried out by the method of statistical analysis of data on the quality of targeted admission in the system of higher agricultural education in Russia in 2020. The article contains the characteristic of targeted admission in the system of agricultural education as an institutional mechanism for the reproduction of the personnel potential of the industry: all agricultural universities comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, carrying out the admission of applicants for targeted training; customers are local authorities, state authorities of the regions, state enterprises; employers are mainly business entities of the agro-industrial complex; for the period 2018-2020 the admission of applicants to targeted training in agricultural universities decreased by 37.4% due to the reduction in the targeted figures for general admission and low interest of applicants; for training programs for highly qualified personnel, the quotas for the study period were filled from 12.5% to 22.5%. Conclusion: the targeted method in the system of higher agricultural education of the Russian Federation as an institutional mechanism does not fulfil the assigned tasks and requires improvement

    Information and communication technologies in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 are used in all industries. In the context of COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to distance learning, computer hardware and software systems are an effective tool for the successful implementation of the training process in the universities. Virtual laboratories, simulators, test computer systems are the components of the virtual educational environment of the universities. Today these tools contain a specific multimedia element - a virtual robot assistant. Student's interaction with a virtual assistant should be comfortable and provide the successful educational process. The authors examined several aspects of effective student's interaction with the multimedia components of the interface of the computerized learning environment. The results of the conducted experiment can be used by developers of computer virtual laboratories, simulators, experimental research stands, test computer systems, a component of which is a virtual robot assistant, to optimize the processes of educational activities distance learning included. © 2022 IEEE

    Investigations of the development of thunderstorm with hail. Part 3. Numerical simulation of cloud evolution

    The three-dimensional nonstationary model of a convective cloud is used for investigating a thunderstorm with hail which developed over Pyatigorsk on May 29, 2012 and produced a severe hailstorm. The values of cloud characteristics (liquid water content, ice content, vertical velocity, etc.) are obtained. The importance ofconsidering wind shear is noted. The simulation results are used to analyze the transformation of precipitation field and the electric charge structure of the analyzed cloud during its development
