Analysis of Go Public Bank Financial Performance Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected the financial sector, one of the financial sectors that still has stable financial performance, namely banking. This study aims to analyze differences in financial performance ratios, namely Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Ratio (NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Return on Assets (ROA) before the pandemic covid-19 and during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses data from 32 banks that go public and publish reports at the financial services authority (OJK) in the second quarter of 2019 to the first quarter of 2021, using the difference-in-difference method. The results of the study show that in the CAR, LDR and ROA ratios there are significant differences in bank financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic

A new series of benzotriazole moiety bearing substituted imidazol-2-thiones at N1 has been designed, synthesized and evaluated for in vitro anticancer activity against the different cancer cell lines MCF-7(breast cancer), HL-60 (Human promyelocytic leukemia), and HCT-116 (colon cancer). Most of the benzotriazole analogues exhibited promising antiproliferative activity against tested cancer cell lines. Among all the synthesized compounds, BI9 showed potent activity against the cancer cell lines such as MCF-7, HL-60 and HCT-116 with IC50 3.57, 0.40 and 2.63 µM, respectively. Compound BI9 was taken up for elaborate biological studies and the HL-60 cells in the cell cycle were arrested in G2/M phase. Compound BI9 showed remarkable inhibition of tubulin polymerization with the colchicine binding site of tubulin. In addition, compound BI9 promoted apoptosis by regulating the expression of pro-apoptotic protein BAX and anti-apoptotic proteins Bcl-2. These results provide guidance for further rational development of potent tubulin polymerization inhibitors for the treatment of cancer

ANALYSIS OF THE STATE AND REACTIVITY OF HEMODYNAMIC INDICATORS AT ATHLETES IN RESPONSE TO DOSED PHYSICAL LOAD

Во всех группах в ответ на дозированную нагрузку происходило возрастание значимости кардиотропных регулирующих влияний.= The article presents the results of a complex comparative analysis of the state and mechanisms of regulation of the circulatory system in various functional conditions in athletes and individuals who are not involved in sports. The subjects had a kind of normotonic type of reaction to dosed physical activity. Reactivity indicators heart rate and blood pressure, as a percentage of the original, was within normal limits. The mechanism of regulation of blood circulation after exercise in athletes is carried out by increasing systolic blood pressure and stroke volume of blood, in people who are not involved in sports due to an increase in heart rate. Therefore, athletes demonstrate a more adequate, from the point of view of economization, method of adapting the body to the proposed physical activity, compared with subjects who are not related to sports. The reactivity to the Martine- Kushelevsky test in both groups of subjects is characterized by an increased influence of the sympathetic division of the ANS. The indicators after recovery and the initial level of athletes are provided by the tone of the parasympathetic link of the ANS, and for students who are not involved in sports, by the sympathetic link of the ANS. In all groups, in response to a dosed load, an increase in the significance of cardiotropic regulatory influences occurred
