Under this situation, development of life-long learning is considered to be an important social problems and many programs for life-long learning are run in various styles. Major universities such as Seoul National University, Kyungpook National University and Pusan National University have own original programs with specific concepts for life-long learning. On the other hand, Korea national open university provides many kinds of lectures over broadcast and internet. Furthermore, Seoul National University has a annual program with international conference in Jindo where many members of the local community participate with high motivation for life-long learning. Members of the local community make many efforts for developing the skill for traditional funeral ceremony cultures by their own effort as life-long learning and transferring to the next generation, and the increase of number of tourists result in regional development. Thus, how to develop the system for life-long learning and utilize for development of social capital is the key factor by organization of higher education in Korea

An establishment for systematic planning of curriculum for general education and cultural studies in university education. Although class evaluation questionnaires are already employed in most of the univesitiesïŒsome problems such as lacking the object of education in each university remain to be improved.Qualification of the undergraduate program is required for establishment of the systematic curriculum for various levels or aims of study for students. In the present paperïŒwe discuss on the significance of the reflection of class evaluation questionnaires included the achievement of competences in the class to check the valance of curriculum for evaluation of the university education.We also discuss on the possibility of
reflection of the class evaluation questionnaires for the appropriate FD activities that have direction to the qualification of undergraduate program
