Fibrous materials in the construction of ski
Bakalářská práce se zabĂ˝vá konstrukcĂ lyžà a zejmĂ©na delaminacĂ skelnĂ˝ch páskĹŻ pouĹľitĂ˝ch v konstrukci lyĹľe. CĂlem práce bylo provĂ©st literárnĂ prĹŻzkum a po tĂ© navrhnout postup vĂ˝roby vzorku pro testovánĂ delaminace skelnĂ˝ch páskĹŻ pouĹľĂvanĂ˝ch jako vĂ˝ztuĹľ lyĹľe. Dále pak navrhnout testy vyrobenĂ˝ch skelnĂ˝ch páskĹŻ vytvrzenĂ˝ch epoxidovou pryskyĹ™icĂ obsahujĂcĂ nanovlákna v podobÄ› uhlĂkovĂ˝ch nanotrubic. Na závÄ›r jsou uvedeny experimentya jejich vĂ˝sledky. PotĹ™ebnĂ© informace jsem ÄŤerpal z monografie zabĂ˝vajĂcĂ se vlákennĂ˝mi materiály, delaminacĂ a monografiĂ zabĂ˝vajĂcĂ se vĂ˝vojem sportovnĂ technologie. Na základÄ› tÄ›chto monografiĂ a po konzultacĂch jsem navrhl postup vĂ˝roby vzorkĹŻ a jejich zpĹŻsob testovánĂ delaminacĂ. Práce obsahuje rozbor delaminaÄŤnĂch testĹŻ nÄ›kolika vzorkĹŻ. Popsány jsou materiály, kterĂ© byly pro vĂ˝robu skelnĂ˝ch páskĹŻ pouĹľity a dále je popsána delaminace tÄ›chto vzorkĹŻ. DelaminaÄŤnĂ odolnost zkoušenĂ˝ch materiálĹŻ se shodnÄ› zlepšila jak u prvnĂho testu Insert, tak i u následnĂ©ho testu Pre-crack kdy došlo k 1,5-násobnĂ©mu zvýšenĂ odolnosti po pĹ™idánĂ uhlĂkovĂ˝ch nanotrubic do pryskyĹ™ice, která byla pro vĂ˝robu pouĹľita. V tĂ©to práci je takĂ© zmĂnÄ›na dĹŻleĹľitost konstrukce lyĹľe pro běžeckĂ© lyĹľovánĂ. Práce je pĹ™ĂspÄ›vkem k návrhu konstrukce lyĹľĂ.The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of skis and especially delamination of glass strips used in the construction of skis. The aim of this work is literary research and then design of a process for the production of samples for testing the delamination of glass strips used for the reinforcement of skis. In addition, tests of epoxy resin cured fiberglass tapes containing nanofibers in the form of carbon nanotubes are proposed. Finally, the experiments and their results are presented. Necessary information is from monographs dealing with fiber materials, delamination and a book dealing with the development of sports technology. Based on these monographs and after the consultations, my proposal for the procedure for the production of samples and the way of its testing by delamination is described. The work includes analysis of delamination tests of several samples. Also disclosed ar e materi als that are used to make glass strips, and delamination of these samples is described. The delamination resistance of the tested materials is similarly better for both the first Insert test and the subsequent Pre-crack test, where a 1,5-fold increase in resistance is obtained after adding carbon nanotubes to the resin used for production. This work also mentions the importance of skies construction for cross-country skiing. Work is a contribution to the cross-country skies construction
