AutoPoster: A Highly Automatic and Content-aware Design System for Advertising Poster Generation
Advertising posters, a form of information presentation, combine visual and
linguistic modalities. Creating a poster involves multiple steps and
necessitates design experience and creativity. This paper introduces
AutoPoster, a highly automatic and content-aware system for generating
advertising posters. With only product images and titles as inputs, AutoPoster
can automatically produce posters of varying sizes through four key stages:
image cleaning and retargeting, layout generation, tagline generation, and
style attribute prediction. To ensure visual harmony of posters, two
content-aware models are incorporated for layout and tagline generation.
Moreover, we propose a novel multi-task Style Attribute Predictor (SAP) to
jointly predict visual style attributes. Meanwhile, to our knowledge, we
propose the first poster generation dataset that includes visual attribute
annotations for over 76k posters. Qualitative and quantitative outcomes from
user studies and experiments substantiate the efficacy of our system and the
aesthetic superiority of the generated posters compared to other poster

Molecular dynamics simulation of the interaction between the Tenebrio molitor alpha-amylase and its inhibitor at different proportion of crystal water was carried out with OPLS force field by hyperchem 7.5 software. In the correlative study, the optimal temperature of wheat monomeric and dimeric protein inhibitors was from 273 K to 318 K. The the average temperature of experimentation is 289 K. (1) The optimal temperature of interaction between alpha-amylase and its inhibitors was 280 K without crystal water that was close to the results of experimentation. The forming of enzyme-water and inhibitor-water was easy, but incorporating third monomer was impossible. (2) Having analyzed the potential energy data, the optimal temperature of interaction energy between alpha-amylase and its inhibitors covering 9 : 1, 5 : 5, 4 : 6, and 1 : 9 proportion crystal water was 290 K. (3) We compared the correlative QSAR properties. The proportion of crystal water was close to the data of polarizability (12.4%) in the QSAR properties. The optimal temperature was 280 K. This result was close to 289 K. These findings have theoretical and practical implications
EUS assisted transmural cholecystogastrostomy fistula creation as a bridge for endoscopic internal gallbladder therapy using a novel fully covered metal stent
BACKGROUND: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) has become the “gold standard” for treating symptomatic gallstones. Innovative methods, such as a scarless therapeutic procedure through a natural orifice are being introduced, and include transgastric or transcolonic endoscopic cholecystectomy. However, before clinical implementation, instruments still need modification, and a more convenient treatment is still needed. The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of endoscopic internal gallbladder therapy such as cholecystolithotomy in an animal survival model. METHODS: Four pigs underwent endoscopic-ultrasound (EUS)-guided cholecystogastrostomy and the placement of a novel covered mental stent. Four weeks later the stents were removed and an endoscope was advanced into the gallbladder via the fistula, and cholecystolithotomy was performed. Two weeks later the pigs were sacrificed, and the healing of the fistulas was assessed. RESULTS: EUS-guided cholecystogastrostomy with mental stent deployment was successfully performed in all the animals. Four weeks after the procedure, the fistulas had formed and all the stents were removed. Endoscopic cholecystolithotomy was performed through each fistula. All the animals survived until they were sacrificed 2 weeks later. The fistulas were found to be completely healed. CONCLUSIONS: This study reports the first endoscopic transmural cholecystolithotomy after placement of a novel mental stent in an animal survival model
