Evaluación de políticas sociales y personas con discapacidad

The work intends to offer an evaluation proposal to the social politic toward people with disability from a relational sociological perspective. The evaluation toward the disability constitutes a critical, participatory and relational process. The social integration and the evaluation of the social politics that are designed for this social group should be articulated from the integration of the macro objective levels and micro subjective. This way of evaluating would allow to interrelate the social micro where people are located with disability, their necessities and aspirations and the social macro. The main decisions in the attention to this social group take in the level macro and they are evaluated in that same level.Key words: evaluation, social politics, disability, social integration,relational sociological perspective.</p

The Role of the Evaluation in the Theoretical Focuses on the Social Politics: the Case of Disability

The social politics  constitute a space of interesting diverse and contradictory analysis inside the different social contexts. Their reach should guide us toward the different sectors of the society in the search of its social well-being. Therefore, this work intends to analyze the role that has been granted to the evaluation inside the different focuses on social politics. In the scientific fields the social politics have had the influence of diverse theoretical perspectives that have marked the public answer to the social problems. However the evaluation has not always been given the importance that deserves as a valid instrument to guide and correct. At work the theoretical analysis and synthesis  procedures  were used, which  allowed reaching preliminary findings  on evaluation  in  Cuba,  specifically  its institutional character in the attention to disability.Keywords:  social politics, integral evaluation, participatory evaluation and disability
