    This study aimed to describe: 1) The values of Islamic education that was developed in the cultivation of character in the fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Surakarta 16. 2) The planting of character in students through learning PAI fourth grade 16 Surakarta Muhammadiyah. 3) inhibiting factors in the cultivation of character in students through learning in fourth grade PAI 16 Surakarta Muhammadiyah. This type of research is qualitative research (Qualitative Research) .Informan this research is the principal, teachers and students of class IV PAI. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the steps of data reduction and conclusion. Mechanical data validity checking is done by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that in SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surakarta has implemented the planting of character in students with methods of habituation and exemplary through learning PAI, a method of habituation and exemplary penananaman characters in 16 Surakarta already well underway, although there was little resistance, but the teacher has given a solution so that these obstacles can be minimized

    Most of employee spent almost of their time at the workplace. Their quality of work-life (QWL) will be affect it, either by work system or relation with others. Earlier study show that perceived supervisory support, procedural justice and emotional stability have a relation with quality of work-life (QWL). This study use QWL concept, which definition is about the degree to which the full range of human needs is met. The aim of the study was to know how perceived supervisory support, procedural justice, and emotional stability as one of Big Five Personalities can influence QWL. Questioner was used as a tool to measure perceived supervisory support (PSS), procedural justice (KP), and emotional stability (KE). Sample was choosen by convenience sampling technique, and involving 108 employees from Public Bank in Yogyakarta. Data was analyzed using multiple regression technique. As a result, all of three independent variables had significant influence to quality of work-life (R= 0,683, R2= 0,467, F= 30,387, p<0,01). Result showed the best predictor for quality of work life is perceived supervisory support (p<0,01) and procedural justice (p<0,01). Emotional stability had not significant relation on quality of worklife (p=0,335 atau p>0,05)

    Career choice was one of the developing tasks of teenagers in adolescence period, but not all teenagers were able to explore their own career choice. It happened that they got insufficient career guidance from their counselors at school. Consequently, there were many senior high school graduates were confused in determining their career choice and their further education in university. The aim of this research was to examine the influence of self efficacy and the accuracy of career choice to career decision making. The approach used was quantitative one and psychological scale was used to reveal career decision making and self efficacy, while Self Directed Search (SDS) of Holland was used to exposure the accuracy of career choice. The subjects of this research were the XII grade students of senior high school in Semarang regency. The total number was 219 students. They were taken through cluster. The data were analyzed using technique of regression analysis. Based on the result of hypothetical tryout, there was significant influence of self efficacy and the accuracy of career choice to career decision making (F :95,316, p< 0,05). It showed that 46,9% of variables of decision making of career plan could be predicted from self efficacy and the accuracy of career choice

    Work engagement is an essential contributor in efforts of avoiding high rate of employee turnover, maintaining customers� satisfaction and achieving optimum performance of an organization. In order to succeed, a company needs to have a good strategy in promoting engagement of its employees to prevent losing its most valuable employees. Propagation of employees� work engagement is closely related to the leadership style of company leaders in encouraging extra-efforts and promoting job satisfaction towards their employees. Recent research have shown that transformational leadership could increase employees� motivation and satisfaction in doing their job. Not only the employees are satisfied, they will also feel proud and content with their job. Self efficacy refers to individual confidence on their ability to succeed in a particular job. Selfefficacy can be a motivational factor which influences employees� work engagement.This research aims to study whether transformational leadership and self-efficacy are predictors of employees� work engagement. The hypothesis suggests that transformational leadership and self-efficacy can be used as predictors for employees� work engagement. Subjects in this research are full time employees of a company who have a minimum of one year of service. This research is a fieldwork study using quantitative methods and employs questionnaire as a data collection method. Conducting a multiple regression analysis on 110 respondents, the result shows that both transformational leadership and self-efficacy variables significantly predicts employees� work engagement (F=36,799, p < 0.05) with a contribution of 40.8%
