The delivery of healthcare may be vastly enhanced by the introduction of novel software, such as an electronic health record system. Users' fundamental concerns about the privacy and security of their personal information may be slowing the systems' widespread adoption. The searchable encryption (SE) method is a promising option for the electronic health record system due to its ability to provide strong security without sacrificing usability. Our research introduces a new cryptographic primitive, which we've termed "Re-dtPECK." It's a time-dependent SE approach that combines conjunctive keyword search with a designated tester and a proxy reencryption function that takes time into consideration. Patients may use this function to provide access to their data to carefully chosen researchers for a short period of time. Any allotted period for a delegatee to view and decode their delegator's encrypted papers may be extended if required. It's possible that the delegate's access and search capabilities will expire after a certain period of time has passed. It's also capable of conjunctive keyword searches and resisting assaults based on guessing. Only the authorized tester is allowed to look for the existence of certain keywords in the proposed method. We provide a system model and a security model for the proposed Re-dtPECK approach to prove that it is a safe and effective replacement for the existing standard. Simulations and comparisons with other methods show that it requires very little bandwidth and storage space for data

Breast cancer is the most common cancer which affects women around the world. It has been increasing over the years. Detection and diagnosis is the main factor for breast cancer control which increases the success rate of treatment, saves lives and reduce the cost. This paper proposes an efficient approach for breast cancer detection in mammogram breast images using two dimensional principal component analysis and back propagation neural network. The proposed approach consists of four step by step procedures namely preprocessing of breast images, image enhancement, feature extraction and classification. Two dimensional principal component analysis is used to obtain the features of the preprocessed and enhanced image. The reason for selecting two dimensional principal component analysis is it is easier to evaluate the covariance matrix accurately and less time is required to determine the corresponding features. Finally, Back propagation neural network is used to classify whether the given mammogram image is normal or abnormal. Simulation results are carried out using the proposed approach by considering MIAS data base. From the results, it is observed that proposed approach provide better accuracy

Consequently, circuits operating from really low supply voltages have grown to be essential and therefore are underactive research. Our prime power consumption comes from the truth that an LNA must provide synchronized wideband matching, high gain, low noise, and linearity, which typically require high power and supply voltages. This paper presents a design methodology to have an ultra-low-power (ULP) and ultra-low-current (ULV) ultra-wideband (UWB) resistive-shunt feedback low-noise amplifier (LNA). The ULV circuit design challenges are discussed along with a new biasing metric for ULV and ULP designs in deep sub micrometer CMOS technologies is introduced. Exploiting the brand new biasing metric, the look methodology, and series inductive peaking within the feedback loop, a broadband LNA having a current reuse plan is implemented inside a CMOS technology. Series inductive peaking within the feedback loop is examined and used to boost the bandwidth and noise performance from the LNA

Twitter is one of the most well known micro-blogging administrations, which is commonly used to share news and updates through short messages confined to 280 characters. In any case, its open nature and huge client base are every now and again misused via robotized spammers, content polluters, and other not well expected clients to carry out different cyber violations, for example, cyber bullying, trolling, rumor dissemination, and stalking. Likewise, various methodologies have been proposed by specialists to address these issues. Nonetheless, the majority of these methodologies depend on client portrayal and totally dismissing shared communications. In this examination, we present a hybrid methodology for recognizing mechanized spammers by amalgamating network based features with other feature classifications, to be specific metadata-, content-, and association based features. The curiosity of the proposed methodology lies in the portrayal of clients dependent on their communications with their supporters given that a client can dodge features that are identified with his/her very own exercises, yet sidestepping those dependent on the devotees is troublesome. Nineteen distinct features, including six recently characterized features and two re-imagined features, are distinguished for learning three classifiers, in particular, irregular woods, choice tree, Bayesian system, and example pre-handling on a genuine dataset that involves generous clients and spammers. The separation intensity of various feature classifications is additionally broke down, and cooperation and network based features are resolved to be the best for spam identification, though metadata-based features are demonstrated to be the least compelling
