    Attitudes of Pharmacists toward Their Role in Community-Based Clinical Services in Jordan

    This study aimed to explore the attitudes of community pharmacists concerning the issues related to community pharmacy services in Jordan. The quantitative method was employed, through a self-administered questionnaire, for the purposes of collecting the data. The sample of the study consisted of 582 pharmacists from the governorates of Jordan, who were selected randomly, and completed the questionnaire between January and February 2016. The issues proposed by pharmacists were diagnosis (70.6%), therapy (13.4%), physician (2.7%), reproductive health (1.7%), and health in general (11.5%). The results revealed statistically significant differences between the attitudes of the participants of the study due to gender, experience, education and province.     An Implementation of Intrusion Detection System Using Genetic Algorithm

    Nowadays it is very important to maintain a high level security to ensure safe and trusted communication of information between various organizations. But secured data communication over internet and any other network is always under threat of intrusions and misuses. So Intrusion Detection Systems have become a needful component in terms of computer and network security. There are various approaches being utilized in intrusion detections, but unfortunately any of the systems so far is not completely flawless. So, the quest of betterment continues. In this progression, here we present an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), by applying genetic algorithm (GA) to efficiently detect various types of network intrusions. Parameters and evolution processes for GA are discussed in details and implemented. This approach uses evolution theory to information evolution in order to filter the traffic data and thus reduce the complexity.     Rapid economic growth coupled with a rising population is putting immense pressure on the environment, ecology and natural resources in Bangladesh. In order to ensure the optimum opportunities for a productive and healthy life for the people while maintaining the balance in nature and ensuring sustainability for future generations, the country has to have balanced socio-economic development. Geographically Bangladesh is blessed by the Bay of Bengal and Blue Economy is very much suitable for Bangladesh by considering the maritime area and its connection with the people of Bangladesh as well as its economy. However, the aim of the paper is to look at the contemporary situation in Bangladesh in the context of the Blue Economy and its relevance for Bangladesh through some effective strategies. Effective implementation of strategies will play the major role for obtaining the sustainable economic development in Bangladesh. Moreover, the key role of the current study is that it focuses on Sustainable Blue Economy Bangladesh, as there is a vacuity in contemporary literature on this topic in the context of Bangladesh. The article concludes with an analysis of the policy recommendations to obtain Sustainable Blue Economy in Bangladesh.     Understanding power transformer frequency response analysis signatures

    This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the effects of various faults on the FRA signatures of a transformer simulated by a high-frequency model. The faults were simulated through changes in the values of some of the electrical components in the model. It was found that radial displacement of a winding alters the FRA signature over the entire frequency range (10 Hz-1 MHz), whereas changes due to axial displacement occur only at frequencies above 200 kHz.     A rule-based machine learning model for financial fraud detection

    Financial fraud is a growing problem that poses a significant threat to the banking industry, the government sector, and the public. In response, financial institutions must continuously improve their fraud detection systems. Although preventative and security precautions are implemented to reduce financial fraud, criminals are constantly adapting and devising new ways to evade fraud prevention systems. The classification of transactions as legitimate or fraudulent poses a significant challenge for existing classification models due to highly imbalanced datasets. This research aims to develop rules to detect fraud transactions that do not involve any resampling technique. The effectiveness of the rule-based model (RBM) is assessed using a variety of metrics such as accuracy, specificity, precision, recall, confusion matrix, Matthewā€™s correlation coefficient (MCC), and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) values. The proposed rule-based model is compared to several existing machine learning models such as random forest (RF), decision tree (DT), multi-layer perceptron (MLP), k-nearest neighbor (KNN), naive Bayes (NB), and logistic regression (LR) using two benchmark datasets. The results of the experiment show that the proposed rule-based model beat the other methods, reaching accuracy and precision of 0.99 and 0.99, respectively

    Reaction of heteroaromatic o-aminonitrile with ethyl N-/bis(methylthio)methyleneamino acetate resulted in annelation of a thieno/3,2-e/imidazo/1,2-c/pyrimidine moiety in a one step process. /1,2,4/Triazolo/4,3-c/thieno/3,2-e/pyrimidine derivatives were prepared by initial treatment of o-aminonitrile with carbon disulfide, followed by methylation with methyl iodide and subsequent reaction with benzhydrazide and thiosemicarbazide, respectively. Hydrazinothieno/2,3-d/pyrimidine was prepared by cyclization of heteroaromatic o-aminoester with formamide, followed by chlorination and subsequent displacement with hydrazine. Treatment of the hydrazine derivative with acetylacetone, benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride afforded pyrazolylpyrimidine, benzylidenehydrazonopyrimidine and trizolopyrimidine derivatives, respectively. Some of these derivatives exhibited pronounced antimicrobial activity.Reakcijom heteroaromatskih o-aminonitrila s etil N-/bis(metiltio)metilenamino acetatom u jednom sintetskom koraku doŔlo je do anelacije u tieno/3,2-e/imidazo/1,2-c/pirimidin.
