This study aimed to determine the effect of school leadership, the stress ofwork and competence of teachers on teacher performance SMK inBanyuasin. So the problem is formulated in this study is there any influenceof school leadership, the stress of work and competence of teachers onteacher performance SMK in Banyuasin.The data used in this study are primary data from respondents as many as145 people Teachers SMK in Banyuasin. The analytical method used ismultiple linear regression and by testing the validity and reliability of data.Test data used to determine the characteristics of the data that is test ofnormality and linearity test. Test models used consists of multicollinearitytest and test heterokedastisitas, aided analysis tools SPSS for WindowsVersion 20.0 with a significant level of ? = 0.05.The results of multiple linear regression showed principal leadership, workstress, and teacher competence jointly have a significant influence on theperformance of teachers. Partially school leadership but very little effect onthe performance of teachers, job stress negatively affect the performanceand competence of teachers\u27 positive and significant impact on teacherperformance

Analisa Kepemimpinan Situasional pada CV. Inti Karya Utama

Efektifitas pemimpin adalah salah satu cara untuk tetap kompetitif. Menurut teori kepemimpinan situasional Hersey dan Blanchard, efektivitas pemimpin dapat ditingkatkan apabila gaya kepemimpinan sesuai dengan tingkat kesiapan pengikutnya.Subjek penelitian adalah CV. Inti Karya Utama yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Informan pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara wawancara dan menyebarkan angket kepada supervisor dan dua pengikutnya di CV. Inti Karya Utama. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa supervisor memiliki gaya participating dan tingkat kesiapan pengikut sangat tinggi. Meskipun tidak cocok antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan tingkat kesiapannya, namun efektifitas pemimpin dinilai tinggi. Gaya sekunder supervisor adalah selling dan tingkat adaptibilitasnya adalah menengah sehingga supervisor memiliki kecenderungan banyak menggunakan gaya primernya yaitu participating dan sulit berganti ke gaya sekundernya yaitu selling

Penerapan Metode Inquiri Berbantuan LKS Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Di Kelas IV SDN 2 Tambun Kabupaten Tolitoli

Permasalaan utama pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Tambun pada mata pelajaran IPA.Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kemampuan siswa rendah adalah model mengajar yang selama ini di gunakan cenderung membuat siswa pasif dan berpusat pada guru (Teacher Centered). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, metode dalam penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode Inquiri Berbantuan LKS dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SDN 3 Tambun. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu pelaksanaa tindakan, observasi dan reflesi. Dari hasil tindakan siklus I di peroleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 55% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 6,4. Hasil tindakan Siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal 90% dengan nilai rata-rata 7,3. dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode inquiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

The government is expected to develop a public service paradigm from a centralized service to a service that focuses more on community satisfaction-oriented management. Moreover, the village apparatus (gampong in Acehnese language) as part of the state apparatus has a direct relationship so that they should better understand the living conditions of the people who are within the scope of their administration. In this case, the author takes a case study of the Gampong Empee Trieng Government, where the author performed community service tasks. To meet the demands of excellent administrative services, Gampong government officials are required to provide good services, especially in providing professional services, having work systems and service procedures that are transparent, integrated, responsive, and adaptive to any changes. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative research that will provide an overview of how the performance of the Gampong Empee Trieng government in improving the quality of public services for its people. The three principles of government administration that focus on public services will be used as indicators to measure the quality of public services in Gampong Empee Trieng, Darul Kamal District, Aceh Besar District
