    Abstract A retrospective study was carried out at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital from January 1997 to December 2003 to assess the clinical features, laboratory data, and clinical outcome of 12 non-HIV infected patients with cryptococcal meningitis. There were 5 men and 7 women; the mean age was 50.8 years (range, 19-77 years). Eight patients did not have any underlying disease. The most common presentations were fever and headache
