Energy Metering by using Power Line Communication
Everywhere automation is needed to reduce the work. We decided to put in to practice the meter reading using power line communication. It can be measure real time and also save the time. It had better user interface and digital data analysis. Data was send over existing carrier by using power line that's minimizes the complexity and cost of system. Energy meter reading was a monotonous and costly work. The meter reader people run through each meter and catch the meter reading manually to issue the bill which will later be entered in the billing software for payment automation. If the manual meter reading and bill data entry process can be automated then it minimizes the hard task and financial wastage system. It was used for data collecting from the meter and processing the collected data for billing and other decision purposes. We had proposed an automatic meter reading system which was low cost, high performance and cover highest coverage area. In the data receiving and processing unit meter reading was collected from the transceiver which controlled by another microcontroller. There was computer application that will take the data from the microcontroller. This was help to avoid any tampering or break down of energy.

Changes in the lipid contents of freshwater bivalve, Lamellidens marginalis from godavari river during different seasons (M.S)
Changes in the lipid contents different soft body tissues of Lamellidens marginalis (70-77 mm in shell length) were collected from Godavari river at Paithan 49 km away from Aurangabad city. The lipid content maximum found in foot during summer and maximum showed in gonad during monsoon and winter season. The freshwater bivalve shows maximum changes in the lipid contents from gonad, as it undergoes different stages like development, maturation and spawning during different seasons
Induced Ge Spin Polarization at the Fe/Ge Interface
We report direct experimental evidence showing induced magnetic moments on Ge
at the interface in an Fe/Ge system. Details of the x-ray magnetic circular
dichroism and resonant magnetic scattering at the Ge L edge demonstrate the
presence of spin-polarized {\it s} states at the Fermi level, as well as {\it
d} character moments at higher energy, which are both oriented antiparallel to
the moment of the Fe layer. Use of the sum rules enables extraction of the L/S
ratio, which is zero for the {\it s} part and for the {\it d}
component. These results are consistent with layer-resolved electronic
structure calculations, which estimate the {\it s} and {\it d} components of
the Ge moment are anti-parallel to the Fe {\it 3d} moment and have a magnitude

Anuvasan Basti in escalating dose is an alternative for Snehapana before Vamana and Virechana: Trends from a pilot study
Oral administration of medicated fats (oil or ghee) is termed as Snehapana. It is an essential step before Vamana (therapeutic emesis) and Virechana (therapeutic purgation). Ayurveda physicians often experience a poor compliance in 10-15% patients for oral administration of medicated fats especially in escalating doses. Incomplete Snehapana sometimes creates a problem for a physician to prepare the patient for these processes. These inconveniences made us think about effective alternatives to counter drawbacks and improve acceptance of Snehapana. The present study was planned to assess the efficacy of Anuvasana Basti (oil enema) in escalating doses as an alternative for Snehapana. Anuvasana Basti of medicated sesame oil with rock salt was administered in 10 patients for three to seven days till they showed signs and symptoms of complete Snehana. The symptoms of Snehana like semisolid or loose stools, feeling exhausted without much exertion, lightness of body and oiliness of skin were observed. Though the Snehana symptoms varied in intensity, they were similar as they are produced after oral administration of fats. This trend suggests Anuvasana Basti in escalating dose is an alternative for Snehapana before administration of Shodhana therapy like Vamana or Virechana
Surface study of lead magnesium niobate ceramic using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) has been used to study the surface of ceramic lead magnesium niobate (PMN) when sintered at 1000 degrees C under two different conditions. Two oxidation states have been observed for Pb in PMN covered with MgO powder during sintering (PSM1000) whereas Pb exhibited a single oxidation state when fired without MO cover (2P1000). A shoulder peak Pb(4f(7/2)) at 136.7 eV binding energy has been assigned to PbO2 separate from the PbO peak at 138.0 eV in PSM1000 whereas the single Pb(4f(7/2)) peak st 138.1 eV has been assigned to PbO in 2P1000. The XPS depth profiles on PSM1000 confirm the existence of PbO2 in the bulk. The higher dielectric constant of the MgO-covered samples compared with uncovered is attributed to the difference in lead valencies

Stimulus-triggered Fate Conversion of Somatic Cells into Pluripotency in Chronic Wounds in Human Beings?
Bone-marrow derived stem cells are multi potential
or totipotent and are able to differentiate into numerous
cell types. Their application is indicated in various
reconstructive and restorative surgeries for rapid
healing. A technique for creating cells that have the
embryonic ability to turn into almost any cell type in
the mammalian body has been reported. Recently, an
unexpected phenomenon of somatic cell
reprogramming into pluripotent cells by exposing to
sublethal stimuli such as citrate based acidic medium
has been reported. With the concept of creating acidic
environment in chronic infected wounds to make a
condition unsuitable for growth and multiplication of
bacteria using 3% citric acid has been reported. It
would be interesting to study whether the phenomenon
of pluripotency takes place in chronic infected wounds
in human beings following the application of 3% citric
acid and plays an important role in formation of
healthy granulation tissue
