Project sustainability in the conditions of digitalization
The methodological basis of the study is fundamentals of the project sustainability concept, key principles and features of sustainable development, conceptual approaches to strategic sustainability of project activities. A content analysis of Russian and foreign literature was carried out to determine the current challenges of project implementation. The article uses general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, decomposition of factors, as well as tabular and graphical visualization techniques of various categories. The results of the paper consist in clarifying the theoretical aspects of the projectsβ sustainability and their constituent elements, in substantiating high level of uncertainty of various criteria for project implementation due to the significant turbulence of external factors and the emergence of new challenges, as well as in determining the need to transform established approaches to the sustainable development of projects. As a result of the research, a new approach has been developed to assess the sustainability of projects based on a strategic model that takes into account modern challenges of uncertainty and turbulence. The study prospects lie in practical use of developed integrated approach for modelsβ formation for the sustainable implementation of projects in various business areas
Interview with Vladimir M. Alpatov
This paper is an interview with Vladimir M. Alpatov, Doctor of Philology, full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, distinguished linguist, and expert on Japanese studies. The focus of the interview is intercultural communication and the problems associated with translating languages and cultural realities. The difference between cultures makes it necessary to provide extensive commentaries to make the text comprehensive to foreign readers. Though, Vladimir M. Alpatov notes, the comments depend on the purposes and types of translation, such as academic or literary translation. Symbols are part of a greater symbolic and cultural system. Often it is not the symbol but oneβs attitude towards the object that causes misunderstanding and requires clarification. Vladimir A. Alpatov gives many examples of how the Japanese view and treat life differently from Russian people. Many discrepancies come from domestic life and economic practices: the Japanese are less knowledgeable about cattle than many other nations. At the same time, insects that are found all around the world receive special treatment and admiration. Vladimir A. Alpatov makes a critical point on the absence of a proper method of studying cultural differences. We observe and list numerous cultural differences, but explanations and theories we come up with have no solid methodological basis. Another topic discussed is machine translation and AI Linguistics used to be considered exact science that implied the possibility of machine translation not assisted by humans. However, it did not happen yet, and the need for human-to-human translation or post-editing is obvious. With literary translation and translation from unrelated languages, the case against AI is stronger β human intuition in translating cultural specifics is indispensable, and various translations rather than a single canonic one should be welcome. Differentiation of sciences brought about cultural studies and linguistic-cultural studies that finally embraced the study of language as one of the vital elements of culture. Today many students study foreign languages and are interested in intercultural communication. They need to learn that we can overcome bias and prejudices through personal contact. One more way to promote a different vision of oneβs culture and country β is to speak about it in an understandable language, for example, on the Internet
Formation of zonal agro-eco clusters as a mechanism for the development of rural areas
Today, the degree of agricultural development, and, in the future, the level of national food security, the public health and the quality of life, are largely ensured by innovative developments in the field of alternative agriculture, the preservation of natural resources and, above all, the main production facility β land.
At the same time, the unfilled market capacity of organic products and the significant land potential for the development of organic farming create all the necessary prerequisites for enhancing the competitiveness of Russian rural producers.
The development of agricultural entrepreneurship towards the greening of land use, organic production and development of the domestic market for organic (ecological) products in the format of zonal agro-eco clusters is one of the strategic directions for implementing reforms in the agricultural sector.

The article examines the role of small business in the development of rural areas by the example of bakery production. Moreover, it demonstrates the need for the interaction of small bakery businesses with large enterprises of the industry and grain processors.
The article reveals the development trends of small bakery production in rural areas. The conditions for the participation of small bakery businesses in rural areas in the development of the production of functional and specialized bread are substantiated.
The article proposes the directions and mechanisms of support for small bakery production at the level of rural territories. The development of modern methods of redistribution of bakery production in proportion to the living population, measures of state support for small bakery production and expansion of the range of bread products that contribute to improving the health of the population of Russia, is the theme of this study.

Influence of social factors on the reproduction of human capital
Purpose: Exploring the problems of human capital formation at the present stage of development of the Russian economy, the authors consider it expedient to analyze the theory and practice of the influence of socio-economic factors on the formation of personnel potential. Design/Methodology/Approach: The following methods were used by the authors: historical, statistical-economic, monographic. Findings: The authors revealed that the quality of life and income level is more reflected in the desire of the population to choose as a permanent place of residence - rural areas. Practical implications: The analysis of incomes as a fundamental factor influencing the formation of human capital indicates that considerable human capital has been formed in the agricultural sector, which is not fully utilized due to the low material interest of the rural population. Originality/Value: The article discusses a number of factors influencing the formation of human capital in agriculture. The authors indicated that the level of wages depends on the geographical distance of the regions from the federal center and climatic conditions.peer-reviewe
Formation and development of the processing industry in the AIC of the region
The theoretical grounding of the management system of animal feedingstuff milling of the region was performed. The facilities of animal feedingstuff milling are divided according to the degree of independence of business conducting and directions of sales of the products manufactured.
The factors of the internal and external environment of the animal feedingstuff milling of the region were considered. The analysis was performed and the tendencies in the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the region and the system of its management were revealed; the directions of the development of animal feedingstuff milling of the agrarian region were grounded.
The potential capacity of the regional market of animal feedingstuff for livestock breeding of the region was calculated. It was offered to form the body of economic management in the form of an independent legal entity bearing the responsibility for execution of the functions imposed on it to develop and implement the plan of development of animal feedingstuff milling β JSC Animal Feedingstuff Cluster of the Altai Territory.peer-reviewe

El cultivo de hortalizas es un subsector importante de la agricultura. El suministro de productos vegetales a la poblaciΓ³n de la regiΓ³n depende de su buen funcionamiento. Las verduras contienen vitaminas, minerales y fibra necesarios para el ser humano, lo que las convierte en un producto alimenticio insustituible. Los autores analizaron el estado actual de la producciΓ³n y el consumo de productos vegetales en la regiΓ³n y realizaron una previsiΓ³n de la necesidad de productos vegetales hasta 2035, dando una serie de recomendaciones para abastecer plenamente a la poblaciΓ³n de la regiΓ³n con productos vegetales. La transiciΓ³n del cultivo de hortalizas a un nuevo nivel de desarrollo tecnolΓ³gico requiere la mejora y el fortalecimiento del capital humano en el sector rural. Self-Destructive Dermatosis Mimicking Pyoderma Gangrenosum: A Clinical Case
Background. Polymorphism of clinical manifestations of mental pathology in dermatology often leads to diagnostic errors and severe social exclusion of patients.Clinical case description. The presented clinical case demonstrated the similarity of the clinical picture of self-destructive dermatosis with the symptoms of pyoderma gangrenosum, which determined our differential diagnostic search. Ulcerous defects in the patient were localized in places accessible for self-destruction and did not cause severe pain characteristic of pyoderma gangrenosum. In addition, lack of association with systemic diseases, unsuccessful long-term dermatological treatment, uniformity of skin lesions, and rapid healing of skin manifestations resulting in a scar were more characteristic of self-destructive dermatosis. A pathomorphological examination of the skin revealed morphological data typical of artificial dermatitis in combination with sclerotic changes, and excluded the presence of granulomatous diseases, vasculitis, and deep purulent inflammation of the dermis (neutrophilic dermal abscesses). Thus, histological changes in the biopsy material did not correspond to the clinical skin manifestations. The constant self-destructive actions of the patient resulted in excoriations, ulcerations, with the subsequent secondary infection and conspicuous cicatricial skin changes.Conclusion. The presented clinical case demonstrated the complexity of the diagnostic search for a psychodermatological disorder due to the similarity of the clinical picture of self-destructive dermatosis with the symptoms of pyoderma gangrenosum, which led to a delayed diagnosis
CHOOSING PARAMETERS OF SPATIAL POSITION CONTROL OPTICAL-ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS WITH ACTIVE REFERENCE MARKS
Subject of Research.The paper considers parameters relations in active reference mark optical-electronic system of large-sized structures spatial position control in the presence of vertical temperature gradient. We describe the idea and operation principle of the dispersion method forthe vertical temperature gradient determination bycolor camera and RGB optical radiation source. The basic condition for choosing parameters of active reference mark optical-electronic system is derived from relations that define hardware realization of the system and parameters of the air tract, which are used in the dispersion method. Method. The principle of equal influence of error components on the totalerror is used. We admitted an assumption that optical radiation is propagating in the single "refractive block" and there is no fluctuations of the air tract refractive index in time and space.Main Results.The basic criterion is proposed for choosing parameters of active reference mark optical-electronic system for large-sized structuresspatial position control in thepresence of vertical temperature gradient. The efficiency of the dispersion method for minimization of vertical temperature gradient influence is proved. The basic condition proposed gives the possibilityto estimate this efficiency and choose the hardware parameters.Practical Relevance.The results given in the paper can be used in design of active reference mark optical-electronic systems where the influence of the air tract is strong

The purpose of the article is consider in research of statistical methodology for studying regions of the Russian Federation in terms of investment attractiveness. The world practice shows that investment growth ensure the economy growth both at national level and regional level. The maxim is proved by the experience of most countries which have committed in the past decade a sharp spurt in its economic development. This realization has led to the fact that both developed and emerging economies try to attract investment in the economy on a national and regional scale and it is considered as one of the priorities of economic policy In the context of geopolitical instability, deteriorating economic conditions, the weakening of the Russian Federation in the global market need to pay more attention to the investment policy and the attractiveness of the regions. Investment activity and attractiveness of territories today β a reserve of development and real way to achieve strategic objectives. An important factor in the development of regions is their investmentΒ Β attractiveness. Meanwhile, at present there is no method of statistical research of investment attractiveness adapted to regional features. Regions of the Russian Federation have significant differences in investment attractiveness by various factors. The article analyzes factors which influence the inflow of investments in the regions of Russia and identifies groups of regions with similar characteristics of investment attractiveness. Materials and methods. The methods of evaluation of investment attractiveness of territories (regions and cities) are discussed. The reasons for the investment is proposed to be assessed by the production potential of the regional economy, the domestic market of the region, sectoral types of economy (agriculture, extraction of natural resources), and the infrastructure of the region. The methodological basis of the study consists of works on regional statistics, mathematical modeling, and econometrics. Graphic and tabular methods of visualization of research results, statistical methods of analysis of economic phenomena were used. To solve the tasks of the study, application packages SPSS, Statistica were used. Results. This paper provides an analysis of Russiaβs investment attractiveness and demonstrates current investment situation in the country. In conclusion, this report addresses key challenges of attracting investment in Russia, clarified the essence of investment attractiveness as an object of statistical research; revealed features of the regions; recommendations on the formation of a system of statistical indicators characterizing the investment attractiveness of the region; identified groups of regions with similar characteristics of investment attractiveness. Conclusion. The article discusses differentiation of Russian regions in their investment activity, analyses the factors led to this differentiation. The heterogeneity of investment space in Russia is one of the features of its economy. High investment attractiveness is a key factor in improving the competitiveness of the country, a significant and sustained financial growth.
