It is commonly expected that the biological mother be the one to breastfeed her own child. However, having another mother breastfeed your own baby or wet nursing is gaining popularity here in the Philippines ever since breastfeeding advocates pushed promotions for breast milk. There is little known about the wet nurse herself and the nature of her advocacy. This includes, priority issues, and conflict in relationship with family and society. This case study of a wet nurse shows the evident support of the family and that their advocacy is purely for mother support and not for profit
Study on the effects of land use changes to the urban Hydrology of Tarlac City, Tarlac
Tarlac City has a great potential to be the center of commerce and trade for the whole Tarlac Province. For this reason, the city government implemented its Comprehensive Land Use Plan which states a drastic change in land use percentages between the current and proposed plans. The study aims to evaluate the influence of the land use changes in the City by hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. The group developed current and proposed land use maps using Q-GIS and performed simulations in HEC-HMS and SWMM models. The output of the study is from the analysis of the watershed response of the study area and the drainage adequacy of the drainage system. The group found that the hydrographs generated from the study area had an insignificant change in almost the entire watershed. Also, the group was able to determine the inadequate canal segments in the drainage network in the Central Business District. Lastly, the group would like to recommend solutions to the study such as increasing the amount of previous areas in the watershed and also recommend conducting further studies to produce more accurate and refined results

Postural tachycardia syndrome (pots)
In orthostatic intolerance, the patient develops symptoms while standing that are relieved when the patient assumes a supine position.Different degrees of orthostatic intolerance exist, but not a system of grading severity. We have develped a system that grades the severity of orthostatic intolerance by the three-pronged criteria of the rapidity of development and the severity of orthostatic symptoms, the ability of the subject to withstand orthostatic stresses, and the degree of interference with daily living. In this article, this system is presented, and one disorder, postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS), is examined in some detail
