    Features of a womanáľżs style company management

    Gender studies of work effectiveness of male and female have being conducted for a long time. However, with the trend of the spread of equality, they become particularly relevant. It is impossible to say with certainty which manager is more effective. Both a woman and a man can be equally effective in any position. At the same time, it cannot be denied that there are significant differences between the male and female management style. They can be considered in a certain approximation, since there are always exceptions to the rules. The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of women’s management style, provides a typology of women managers, a criterion analysis of female and male management styles. And recommendations are also given on what points a female manager needs to work on in order to be more effective at work

    Megatrends of the future and their impact on management processes: gender characteristics

    The article analyzes the peculiarities of changing managers’ and employees’ skills in the conditions of emerging megatrends of the future that directly affect management processes. The six main skills of a manager that determine the effectiveness of his activities in the short term are presented. The article is based on the methodology of an integrated approach and system analysis. The theoretical basis of the article is the publications of Russian researchers devoted to the professional activities of managers, employees and their effectiveness. Familiarization with regulatory documents and government programs, methods of comparative analysis were chosen as research methods. The authors also used the method of expert assessments, normative and logical methods. The prospects for providing companies with professional staff are considered separately. One of the main criteria for the search and selection of new employees over the next 5–7 years will be work experience. In addition, a line of requirements for professional skills of employees is presented, focusing on individual significance for male and female managers. The information provided allows to navigate in the established directions of the development of personnel and managers competent profile to create professional teams of employees

    Features of the female mentoring in the Russian management system

    The article analyses the problems of female mentoring, which has become a priority in recent years. This is justified by numerous data on the percentage of women in the management of companies in many countries, including Russia, and its dynamics over the past 15 years. The article is based on the methodology of an integrated approach and system analysis. The theoretical basis of the article is the publications of Russian and foreign researchers devoted to the problems of the female mentoring peculiarities in the world and Russian economy sectoral spheres. Familiarisation with regulatory documents and government programs, methods of comparative analysis were chosen as research methods. The methods used also included the method of expert assessments, normative and logical methods. The analysis of methods, mechanisms, tools and other aspects of updating the track of female mentoring and its features in the Russian management system is carried out. Based on the generalization of the obtained research results, the main directions of the development of female mentoring in business, state corporations, public organizations, authorities and other spheres of activity are formulated and a structural diagram of the distinctive features of female mentors is presented. The peculiarities of the female style of mentoring and, in particular, role-left mentoring are considered separately. In conclusion, using the example of the Russian federal project “Women: Mentoring School” in the Year of Science and Technology, as well as the crosscutting trend “Women in male professions. Challenges and advantages” the actualization of the stated issues is given. The presented information will allow business representatives and top management of Russian companies to navigate the established directions in the development of women’s mentoring in various areas of the Russian economy, as well as make rational management decisions

    Synthesis of Layered Organic-Inorganic Nanocomposites of Zinc and Copper by Laser Ablation in Liquid

    The experimental data of studies of layered organic-inorganic nanocomposites (()-Zn(OH)2+DS) and (Cu2(OH)3+DS) which were produced in the result ablation of zinc and copper in aqueous solutions of surfactants—dodecyl sodium sulfate (SDS) and sodium bis-ethylhexyl succinate (AOT)—are presented. Dependence of the formation dynamics of these composites on an exposure time of radiation and on an aging time of colloids was studied by the absorption spectroscopy, by X-ray diffraction, by scanning electron (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Composite (Cu2(OH)3+DS) with bilayered structure was produced by method of laser ablation of the copper metal target in liquid for the first time
