    Analizie poddano nast臋puj膮ce oleje ro艣linne bogate w polienowe kwasy t艂uszczowe pochodz膮ce z rodziny omega-3: lniany, olej z lnianki siewnej oraz olej z pszczelnika mo艂dawskiego. W olejach oznaczono zawarto艣膰 frakcji polarnej oraz sk艂ad kwas贸w t艂uszczowych i ich rozmieszczenie pomi臋dzy pozycje zewn臋trzne i wewn臋trzn膮 triacylogliceroli (TAG). W pracy podj臋to r贸wnie偶 pr贸b臋 oceny ich przydatno艣ci pod k膮tem mo偶liwo艣ci zastosowania w diecie dla niemowl膮t i ma艂ych dzieci. W tym celu por贸wnano wybrane w艂a艣ciwo艣ci badanych olej贸w ro艣linnych z t艂uszczem mleka kobiecego.The following vegetable oils rich in polyene fatty acids derived from the omega-3 family have been analyzed: linseed oil, camelina seed oil and dracocephalum moldavicum oil. The contents of polar fraction, the composition of fatty acids and their distribution between the external and internal positions of triacylglycerols (TAG) in the oils were investigated. Also attempt to assess their suitability for the possibility of their use in the diet for infants and young children has been undertaken. For this purpose selected properties of the tested vegetable oils and human milk fat were compared
