Low temperature contacts through SixNy antireflection coatings for inverted a Si H c Si hetero contact solar cells

The latterstructurehasbeenproposedasaneasyproduciblehigh efficiencysolarcell.Low temperature alternativessuchaslocalablationofSixNy with 355nmlaserradiationareexaminedwithregardtothe stabilityoftheelectronicqualityofpassivatedareasbetweentheopeningsintheSixNy layer.
