An overview of hosting capacity for modern power grids

Conventional fossil fuel-based resources are affected by several problems, such as diminishing fuel resources, global fuel price instabilities, and greenhouse gas emissions, particularly gases such as carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide which adversely affect the environment.
