Application of informational entropy of random states for granular material in mixing process

Głównym celem prezentowanej pracy jest przedstawienie opisu procesu homogenizacji materiału ziarnistego realizowanego w mieszalniku wstęgowym. Do opisu matematycznego stanu dynamicznego mieszaniny ziarnistej zastosowano charakterystyki oparte na definicji entropii informacji. Dodatkowo do oceny jakościowej uzyskanej mieszaniny zaproponowano specjalne diagramy oraz miernik będący funkcją wy standaryzowanej entropii. Zaproponowany opis może stanowić alternatywę dla znanych i stosowanych wskaźników ilościowych opisujących proces mieszania materiału ziarnistego.The main aim of this work was to describe the homogenization process of granular material in a ribbon mixer. Random process is characterized by means of a new form of entropy criterion estimating the mixture current state. The additional diagram and informational index were developed to describe variations of informational entropy during the process. The proposed informational description is a good and informative characteristic of stochastic system state
