    为培养能够进行中药新剂型研究、解决生产实践中的关键技术和质量问题、适应现代中国制药行业发展的复合型人才是课堂教学的目标,对中药药剂学课程教学应形成“以学生为主体,以教师为主导,以教材为中心”的教学理念。使学生不仅掌握其基本理论与基本知识,而且理论与实践相结合,培养分析解决问题的能力,提高创新能力。本文对多元化模式教学法在中药药剂学课程教学的实践应用进行了探索。In order to adapt to the development trend of Chinese pharmaceutical business and the modernization of Chinese medicine, complex talents are cultivated to develop new dosage forms of Chinese medicine, solve key technologies and quality issues in production practice and adapt to the modern development of Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Teaching philosophy of pharmaceutics of Chinese medicinal herbs should be formed in a way of "student-centered, teacher-led, and textbook-centered". Thus, the students not only can master the basic theory and knowledge, but make the combination of theory and practice, which would develop the ability to analyze and solve problems and improve innovation capabilities.     Movable Fiber-Integrated Hybrid Plasmonic Waveguide on Metal Film

    A waveguide structure consisting of a tapered nanofiber on a metal film is proposed and analyzed to support highly localized hybrid plasmonic modes. The hybrid plasmonic mode can be efficiently excited through the in-line tapered fiber based on adiabatic conversion and collected by the same fiber, which is very convenient in the experiment. Due to the ultrasmall mode area of plasmonic mode, the local electromagnetic field is greatly enhanced in this movable waveguide, which is potential for enhanced coherence light emitter interactions, such as waveguide quantum electrodynamics, single emitter spectrum and nonlinear optics

    北沙参茎叶提取物对小鼠半数溶血值(HC50)的影响

    Objective: To study the effect of Umbelliferae littoralis leaf extract on the Hemolytic Value (HC50) of mice, and to provide the basis for the development and utilization medicinal resources and edible resources. Methods: Prepare littoralis leaf water extract and alcohol extract, and set different dose treatment groups and blank control group, and continuously deliver American ginseng capsule for 15 days. Inject sRBC according to the weight on the tenth day. Take the blood serum from eyeball blood after 5 days. Put supernatant of 1ml and Dulbecco's reagent of 3ml in the test tube, and mix the 10% sRBC of 0.25ml and Dulbecco's reagent of 4ml together in another test tube, and measure absorbance at 540nm fine control (SA liquid) tubing as blank, HC50 value were calculated. Results: Different extracts of stems and littoralis leaf were given to the mice for 15 days, and hemolytic value of the mice in water extract 4.68g/kg dose group, alcohol extract 4.68g/kg dose group and American ginseng capsule group significantly increased while comparing with the blank control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Littoralis Leaf plays an important role in regulating human immunity.目的  研究伞形科植物北沙参茎叶提取物对小鼠半数溶血值(HC50)的影响,为扩大药用资源和食用资源及开发利用提供依据。 方法  制备北沙参茎叶水提取物和醇提取物,设置给药组的不同剂量与空白对照组、西洋参胶囊组连续给药15天,第10天按体重注射 sRBC。5天后取眼球血分离血清。取上清液1ml和都氏试剂3ml于试管内,同时取10% sRBC 0.25ml,加都氏试剂至4ml,于另一支试管内充分混匀,于540nm处以对照(SA液)管作空白,测定吸光度值计算HC50。 结果  经口给予小鼠不同剂量的北沙参茎叶提取物15天,与对照组比较,水提取物4.68g/kg剂量组、醇提取物4.68g/kg剂量组、西洋参胶囊组小鼠半数溶血值明显升高(P<0.05)。 结论  北沙参茎叶具有调节体液免疫的作用

    Vagus Nerve Stimulation for Depression: A Systematic Review

    Background: Depression is a common mental disorder worldwide. Psychological treatments and antidepressant medication are the usual treatments for depression. However, a large proportion of patients with depression do not respond to the treatments. In 2005, Vagus nerve stimulation was approved for the adjunctive long-term treatment of chronic or recurrent depression in adult patients experiencing a major depressive episode who had failed to respond to four or more adequate antidepressant treatments. However, the efficacy of VNS for treating depression remains unclear. Accordingly, we performed a systematic review to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VNS.Methods: We conducted a systematic review in accordance with the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions. Systematic search was performed in the database of Pubmed, Embase, CENTRAL, and Web of science for identifying the suitable trials. Suicidal rate was considered as the primary outcome in this review.Result: Only two randomized sham controlled add-on studies including 255 cases (134 with VNS treatment and 121 control cases) were included in this review. None of the studies reported suicidal rate. We performed a qualitative analysis and it is suggested that there was no significant statistic difference between VNS and sham VNS on the score of 24-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD24) (MD: −2.40, 95% CI: −7.90 to 3.10). Similar findings were also reported on improvement percentage of HAMD24 (MD: 1.00, 95%CI: −6.06 to 8.06), Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) (MD: 4.70, 95%CI: −2.98 to 12.38) and 30 item Inventory of Depressive Symptomalogy-Self-Report (IDS-SR30) (MD: 4.9, 95%CI: −1.89 to 11.69). However, a marginal difference of Beck Depression Inventory self-rating score was detected between the real and sham treatment (MD: 7.80, 95% CI: 0.34 to 15.26). Aminor effect of IDS-SR30was also found in real VNS group (RR: 2.33, 95% CI: 1.07 to 5.10).Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of VNS for depression is still unclear. Further randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the efficacy and safety of VNS

    Molecular Cloning, Expression Profile and 5′ Regulatory Region Analysis of Two Chemosensory Protein Genes from the Diamondback Moth, Plutella xylostella

    Chemosensory proteins play an important role in transporting chemical compounds to their receptors on dendrite membranes. In this study, two full-length cDNA codings for chemosensory proteins of Plutella xylostella (Lepidoptera: Plutellidae) were obtained by RACE-PCR. PxylCSP3 and Pxyl-CSP4, with GenBank accession numbers ABM92663 and ABM92664, respectively, were cloned and sequenced. The gene sequences both consisted of three exons and two introns. RT-PCR analysis showed that Pxyl-CSP3 and Pxyl-CSP4 had different expression patterns in the examined developmental stages, but were expressed in all larval stages. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that lepidopteran insects consist of three branches, and Pxyl-CSP3 and Pxyl-CSP4 belong to different branches. The 5′regulatory regions of Pxyl-CSP3 and Pxyl-CSP4 were isolated and analyzed, and the results consist of not only the core promoter sequences (TATA-box), but also several transcriptional elements (BR-C Z4, Hb, Dfd, CF2-II, etc.). This study provides clues to better understanding the various physiological functions of CSPs in P. xylostella and other insects

The types and characteristics of food packaging materials, the types and application of insect-repellent packaging, the research and evaluating methods of insect-repellent packaging at home and abroad, and the problems existing in the practical application of insect-repellent packaging were reviewed, and the development trend of insect-repellent packaging was prospected, so as to provide reference information for the scientific and efficient use of insect-repellent packaging, development of new insect-repellent packaging to control stored grain insects in the future
