Business Plan of D&D fitness studio
Tato práce se zabĂ˝vá podnikatelskĂ˝m subjektem D&D Fitness studio. CĂlem tĂ©to práce je zjistit, v jakĂ©m stavu se studio nacházĂ, poskytnout podklady pro efektivnÄ›jšà řĂzenĂ, identifikovat podnÄ›ty ke zlepšenĂ a pomoci se zjištÄ›nĂ moĹľnostĂ, vedoucĂch ke zvýšenĂ zisku. Po pĹ™edstavenĂ podniku a hlavnĂ podnikatelskĂ© náplnÄ›, cviÄŤenĂ Bungee workout, se práce zabĂ˝vá analytickou částĂ. Nejprve je rozebrána pracovnĂ sĂla a management, potĂ© finanÄŤnĂ stránka a marketingovĂ˝ mix. VnÄ›jšà prostĹ™edĂ je rozebráno analĂ˝zou Porte-rovĂ˝ch sil se zvláštnĂm zaměřenĂm na šetĹ™enĂ zákaznĂkĹŻ a konkurence. VĂ˝sledky zjištÄ›nĂ shrnuje SWOT analĂ˝za. NáslednÄ› byl vytvoĹ™en seznam návrhĹŻ, ze kterĂ˝ch bylo vybráno konkrĂ©tnĂ Ĺ™ešenĂ. Z nÄ›j byly nastaveny SMART cĂle a finanÄŤnĂ prognĂłzou ověřena jejich relevance. Za svĂ© dvouletĂ© pĹŻsobenĂ zaznamenalo fitness studio jen pozvolnĂ˝ vĂ˝voj a pohybuje se okolo bodu zvratu. Byly doporuÄŤeny zmÄ›ny v pĹ™Ăstupu k Ĺ™ĂzenĂ a zavedenĂ pravidelnĂ˝ch kontrol. Dále by vedenĂ mÄ›lo podrobnÄ›ji prozkoumat navrĹľenĂ© moĹľnosti, jak zpeněžit studio v nevytĂĹľenĂ˝ch ÄŤasech, zajĂmat se o poskytovánĂ licencĂ partnerskĂ˝m podnikĹŻm, zaÄŤĂt prodávat zbožà a zvážit zvýšenĂ cen.This thesis is concerned with business subject – D&D Fitness studio. The goal of the thesis is to uncover current state of the studio, produce materials to increase effectivity of management, suggest possible improvements and help with creating strategies, leading to increases in profit. After introduction of the studio, and core of the business, the exercise Bungee workout, the thesis transitions to its analytical part. Thesis analysis the workforce, management, finances, and marketing mix. The external environment is explored through Porter’s five forces analysis with emphasis on customers and compe-tition. Outputs are summarized in SWOT analysis. List of possible improvements was created, from which one specific solution was picked. Solution was transformed into SMART goals, that were verified by financial prognosis. During its two years of existence the studio functions on the edge of break-even point. Thesis provides recommenda-tions to change the style of management and to set up regular controlling mecha-nisms. Management should also consider opportunities to monetize less busy times of the studio, granting licences to new partners, selling goods, and increasing prices
