    The influence of the environment on the physical fitness of students of the agro-industrial complex

    In this article we reviewed a comprehensive study in the field of modeling in physical culture and sports, as well as the influence of the environment on the physical fitness of students of the agro-industrial complex. To improve physical education, modeling plays a decisive role, since through it the training process is controlled, which determines how an athlete will develop and improve his physical qualities necessary in a particular sport. When considering the physical training of students, the average level of indicators will be taken into account, which will be the most optimal in the implementation of professional activities. The highest rates, as a rule, are used in the preparation of athletes for competitions, where the main goal will be to achieve the best result. There is an opinion that the model characteristics of students are formed on the basis of anthropometric indicators that reflect a person's height, body weight, chest circumference, etc., which depends on gender, age, the type of sport a person is engaged in, for example, if it is basketball, then the athlete's growth, psychological and social health indicators will depend on it, which manifest themselves in the behavior of the student before passing the test, exam or any other passing standards in a regular class

This article is an attempt to draw the attention of the Russian sports community to the socio-pedagogical, economic and organizational problems of the sports training of Russian decathletes. The article examines special principles of sports training; the reasons for the lack of progress in Russian sports in the key types of decathlon programs are analyzed, including poor qualifications of modern coaches in the field of pedagogy and sociology of sports, teaching the technique of sports training, poor funding of athletics, insufficient development of sports infrastructure in the regions

    The article deals with the place occupied by physical health-improving practices in the system of ancient education. The preconditions are revealed, based on which the ancient Greeks considered it necessary to develop bodily qualities in addition to spiritual ones. Revealed the goals that the ancient Greeks pursued during the upbringing of the younger generation. The authors separately consider both the Spartan teaching system and the Athenian one. Using a comparison method, the authors identified differences as well as similarities in physical education in Sparta and Athens. In addition to youth education, the authors consider what the education of girls was like in antiquity. The article reveals the attitude of the ancient Greeks to sports competitions, in particular, to the Olympic Games. The authors also tell what educational system formed the basis of the ancient Roman teaching of young men

    The article studies the impact of one-time physical activity of varying intensity on the secretory activity of neutrophils and monocytes in the blood of athletes of different sports specialization. Found that a single physical load average and peak levels experienced by athletes involved in aerobics, football and ran middle distance, cause a similar decrease in the expression of the secretory activity of neutrophils and monocytes in the blood, which is a decrease in the secretion of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and αIFN.
