The significance of networking in innovativeness of enterprises

W artykule przestawiono zagadnienia dotyczące współdziałania przedsiębiorstw z podmiotami zewnętrznymi w procesie powstawania innowacji i ich wdrażania. Omówiono zachowania innowacyjne przedsiębiorstw przemysłu mleczarskiego zlokalizowanych w województwie wielkopolskim, w szczególności rezultaty i efekty działalności innowacyjnej z uwzględnieniem efektów produktowych, procesowych, środowiskowych i rynkowych. Zwrócono uwagę na wybrane czynniki zewnętrzne mające wpływ na innowacyjność, w tym na znaczenie powiązań z nauką oraz rolę instytucjonalnego wsparcia. Określono potrzeby badanych przedsiębiorstw w zakresie tworzenia i pogłębienia powiązań z podmiotami otoczenia zewnętrznego.The paper presents the issues of cooperation between enterprises and external stakeholders in process of creating and implementing innovation. The innovative behaviour of dairy industry enterprises located in wielkopolskie voivodship, in particular results and effects of innovative activity including product, process, environmental and market effects were discussed. The selected external factors influencing innovativeness, especially the significance of the relationship with science as well as the role ofinstitutional support were underlined. The needs of the investigated enterprises in the area of creating and deepening the relations with external environment were defined

The development of organic farming in Poland after its accession to the EU in the terms of the support from RDP 2004-2006

Przedstawiono zmiany w rolnictwie ekologicznym w latach 2004-2010 z uwzględnieniem wsparcia w ramach PROW 2004-2006 w pakiecie S02. W analizie tych zmian wykorzystano dane pochodzące z GIJHARS. Z przeprowadzonej analizy porównawczej wynika, że dynamiczny rozwój rolnictwa ekologicznego od 2004 r. jest ściśle powiązany z systemem wsparcia współfinansowanego ze środków UE. Zachęcił on beneficjentów do wyboru określonych upraw, których rezultaty środowiskowe i rynkowe w przypadku niektórych wariantów płatności mogą budzić wątpliwości z punktu widzenia celów wsparcia. Stanowi to przesłankę do twierdzenia o konieczności ściślejszego powiązania dotacji z jego zasadniczymi celami oraz monitorowania zmian zachodzących w rolnictwie ekologicznym i na rynku jego produktów.The changes in organic farming covering the period 2004-2010, taking into account the support in frames of the RDP 2004-2006 in the scheme S02 were discussed in the paper. The GIJHARS data were the base for the analysis. The conducted comparative analysis proves that dynamic development, starting from 2004, is closely related to the support system co-financed by the EU junds. It encouraged the beneficiaries to choose particular crops, which environmental and market results in some variants ofpayments may raise doubts from the viewpoint of the support goals. It constitutes a prerequisite to the assertion of the needfor closer relation between support and its fundamental goals as well as monitoring changes in organic farming and market of its products

Sprzedaż żywności ekologicznej w sklepach specjalistycznych i drobnodetalicznych placówkach spożywczych - analiza porównawcza

The article presents the results of an inquiry research carried out in 2011 among specialist and general retail grocery outlets offering organic food. A comparative analysis of the width and depth of organic products range was conducted and grounds for lack of the offer complexity, particularly in retail grocery outlets, were presented as well. The sources of supply in basic products groups and the distance to supplier as the factors determining the offer were discussed. The conducted research proves that the product range, especially in general retail outlets, is not suffi cient, which results from the offer of the intermediate links of the organic food distribution channels and the relatively long distance to suppliers.W artykule przestawiono wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych w 2011 roku wśród sklepów specjalistycznych i drobnodetalicznych oferujących żywność ekologiczną. Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą szerokości i głębokości oferowanego asortymentu oraz przedstawiono przyczyny braku kompleksowości oferty, zwłaszcza w sklepach detalicznych. Przedstawiono również źródła zaopatrzenia sklepów w podstawowe grupy produktów oraz przeciętną odległość placówek handlowych od dostawców. Z badań wynika, że oferowany asortyment, zwłaszcza w sklepach drobnodetalicznych jest niewystarczający, co głównie jest rezultatem niskiej oferty ogniw pośredniczących w kanale dystrybucji żywności ekologicznej oraz relatywnie dużego oddalenia dostawców

Demographic changes and pension system in Czech Republic

Systemy emerytalne zostały zapoczątkowane na przełomie XIX i XX wieku. Ewolucja systemów emerytalnym zmieniła ich zakres podmiotowy i przedmiotowy, wzrost poziomu świadczeń, a także sposoby pozyskiwania środków finansowych przeznaczonych na świadczenia. Wynika to przede wszystkim ze zmian zachodzących w strukturze demograficznej ludności. Obecnie w większości krajów UE występuje proces starzenia się społeczeństwa, który w znacznym stopniu oddziałuje na system zabezpieczenia emerytalnego. Zmieniające się warunki demograficzne zapoczątkowały wprowadzenie licznych zmian w systemach emerytalnych. W opracowaniu dokonano analizy wpływu przeobrażeń struktury demograficznej ludności oraz zmian normatywnych na system emerytalny, funkcjonujący w Republice Czeskiej w latach 2000-2005.The analysis of both demographic structure and normative changes influence on the pension system in the Czech Republic between 2000 and 2005 was conducted. In the researched period the number of population was characterised by a falling tendency and the population growth rate had negative values in the interval from –0.6% to –1.8%. However, the demographic dynamics rate had a growing tendency. Between 2000 and 2005 the share of population at productive age (of 15-64) and non-productive age (65 and more) increased. Moreover, in the investigated period the system dependency ratio fell. It comes from a higher number of insured in comparison to beneficiaries. Simultaneously the revenues and expenditures preserve an increasing tendency. It can be stated that the demographic situation was improved and together with the introduced reform of pension system, it led to its financial stability
