    Orientation of MgO thin films on Si(001) prepared by pulsed laser deposition

    Pulsed laser deposition method was employed to grow MgO thin films with preferred orientation on bare Si(100) and SiO₂/Si(100) substrates. The orientation of MgO thin films was systematically investigated by varying deposition parameters. XRD analysis showed that the preferred orientation of MgO thin films would change from (111) to (100) when laser fluence decreased and oxygen pressure increased to certain extend. But it was difficult to fabricate completely (100)-oriented MgO films. Substrate temperature seemed to have little influence on the orientation of MgO thin films at high laser fluence. SEM images of the MgO thin films on Si(100) deposited at 400°C and the laser fluence of 5J/cm² in the oxygen ambient of 200mTorr demonstrated that there was no presence of interfacial reactions or cracks and the film surface was very smooth.     The development of a single molecule fluorescence standard and its application in estimating the stoichiometry of the nuclear pore complex

    AbstractWe report here an image-based method to quantify the stoichiometry of diffraction-limited sub-cellular protein complexes in vivo under spinning disk confocal microscopy. A GFP single molecule fluorescence standard was first established by immobilizing His-tagged GFP molecules onto the glass surface via nickel nitrilotriacetic acid functionalized polyethylene glycol. When endogenous nucleoporins were knocked down and replaced by the exogenously expressed and knockdown-resistant GFP-nucleoporins, the stoichiometry of the nucleoporin was estimated by the ratio of its fluorescence intensity to that of the GFP single molecules. Our measured stoichiometry of Nup35, Nup93, Nup133 and Nup88 is 23, 18, 14 and 9 and there are possibly16 copies of Nup107-160 complex per nuclear pore complex

    Objective: To investigate the conditions of anxiety and depression in the patients of acute myocardial infarction after PCI and observe the integrated intervention effect. Methods: the questionnaire based on the zung self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) for acute  myocardial infarction was carried out. And the data was collected again after medical and mental intervention of eight weeks. Results:The patients of AMI showed varying degrees of anxiety and depression, after the patients were intervened with medical and mental treatment of eight weeks, SDS decreased from 54.45±11.05 to 46.71±10.02, and SAS decreased from 50.91±8.93 to 40.70±6.10. The rate of depression decreased from 75.5% to 29.6%, and the rate of anxiety decreased from 90.0% to 58.2%(P<0.01.,<0.01). Conclusion:The patients of AMI had varying degrees of anxiety and depression, and the intervention with medical and mental treatment can obtains alleviating . 目的  了解急性心肌梗死患者抑郁,焦虑情况,并观察综合干预的效果。方法  采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对例急性心梗患者进行问卷调查,然后进行为期8周的药物及心理综合干预,再进行复查。结果  急性心梗患者存在不同程度的抑郁及焦虑,经8周综合干预后,SDS及SAS评分由54.45±11.05和50.91±8.93降为46.71±10.02和40.70±6.10,抑郁、焦虑发生率分别由75.5%和90.0%降至29.6%和58.2%(P<0.01,<0.01)。结论  急性心梗患者存在不同程度的抑郁及焦虑,药物及心理综合干预能予缓解

    In the title mol­ecule, C10H12N2O2, the acetohydrazide group is almost planar [within 0.0306 (12) Å] and forms a dihedral angle of 12.15 (14)° with the benzene ring. The meth­oxy group deviates from the attached benzene ring with a C—O—C—C torsion angle of 4.2 (4)°·The mol­ecule adopts a trans configuration with respect to the C=N bond. In the crystal, mol­ecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by pairs of N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions further stabilize the structure
