ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN KERAJINAN BAMBU TUTUL DI UD BETRIS KELURAHAN MERAS KECAMATAN BUNAKEN KOTA MANADO
The purpose of this study was to analyze the profits of souvenir key chains, miniature of large traditional houses, miniature of small traditional houses and miniature flowers at UD Betris. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by interviewing with owners of UD Betris spotted bamboo handy handycrafts in Meras Village, Bunaken District, Manado City. Secondary data was obtained from the internet through Google Scholar in the form of scientific journal articles and books related to this research topic. The profits of this business are different according to the type of handycrafts. The highest profit was obtained from the sale of large miniature traditional houses, namely Rp. 1,609,425; followed by the advantages of small traditional miniature houses of Rp. 716,480; the profit obtained from miniature interest is Rp. 179,165; while the lowest profit from the souvenir key chain is Rp. 5,898.*lrr+eprm
Strategi Pengembangan Agrowisata Hidden Paradise Di Desa Suluan Kecamatan Tombulu Kabupaten Minahasa
The purpose of this study was to identify appropriate strategies in the development of Hidden Paradise agro-tourism area in Suluan village, Tombulu sub-district, MInahasa Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2022. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents by conducting direct interviews using questionnaires to owners, employees, and visitors of Hidden Paradise Minahasa Agrotourism so that the total number of respondents was 30 people. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Tombulu District data. Secondary data is also obtained from the internet with the topic of this research which is Agrotourism Development Strategy. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the Hidden Paradise Minahasa Agrotourism Development Strategy in Suluan Village, Tombulu District, Minahasa Regency is at the coordinate point 0.73; 0.47 which is in quadrant I which means that the position supports a growth strategy.

KERAGAAN SISTEM AGRIBISNIS KAKAO (Theobroma Cacao) DI KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW UTARA
The purpose of this study was to examine the performance of the cocoa agribusiness system in the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was carried out for 6 months from January to June 2018. Theresearch location was chosen purposively where Kaidipang District and Bolaang Itang District were the centers of cocoa production in North Sulawesi. The samples taken were all members of the two Farmer Groups selected from the two selected sub-districts namely the Tolerant Farmers Group and the Advanced Advanced Farmers Group. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 16 respondents from the Joint Advanced Farmers Group and 19 respondents from the Tolerant Farmers Group so that the total respondents were 35 people. Interviews are conducted based on a list of questions that have been prepared previously. Direct observations are also made regarding plant cultivation and maintenance activities. Secondary data was obtained from the relevant agencies regarding the production data and the size area of cocoa land obtained from the Plantation Office and the Central Statistics Agency. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that upstream agribusiness agri-business activities in the form of use of sprayers, scissors, knives, lawn mowers, fertilizers and pesticides. The activities of the agriproduction subsystem in the form of cultivation techniques include the use of production facilities and cultivation technologies such as continuous entries. On subsystem activity. downstream agri industry, farmers are still in a simple stage where fruit processing still uses sun-drying techniques. While in the farmer'sagricultural system activities, it sells cocoa to village traders and district traders. The supporting subsystem has not yet worked on all subsystems, as in the subsystem of the management role of the supporting institutions it has not played a role in causing farmers to only be price recipients. The cocoa agribusiness system has occured but has not worked efficiently.*eprm
NILAI TAMBAH PENGOLAHAN BUAH STROBERI MENJADI JUICE DOUBLE BERRY (STUDI KASUS COFFE D’MOOAT DI DESA MOOAT KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW TIMUR)
This study aims to analyze the added value of strawberry processing into double berry juice at Caffe D’Mooat in Mooat Village, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research location was chosen deliberately, namely the area that cultivated strawberries in Bolaang Mongondow Timur District, Mooat Village. This research was conducted from August to October 2018. The Caffe D’Mooat research site was in Mooat Village, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from observations and direct interviews with the owner of Caffe D’Mooat (one respondent) based on the questionnaire (questionnaire) that had been prepared previously. Secondary data was obtained from Caffe D’Mooat's profile, local bookstore, internet through google scholar to get electronic books, journal articles and thesis related to the topic of research on the added value of strawberry fruit. The method used in this study is a case study method. Data obtained were analyzed using value added according to the method of Hayami et al. (1987). The results of this study indicate that in one process the production of double berry juice provides added value of Rp. 68.54/gram.*epr
KERAGAAN RANTAI PASOK TEPUNG KELAPA PT. UNICOTIN DI SULAWESI UTARA
This study aims to describe the supply chain performance of coconut flour at PT. UNICOTIN by focusing on supply chain flow. This research was conducted from December 2019 to September 2020 at PT. UNICOTIN, North Sulawesi. The research method used in this research is case study method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis method to describe the supply chain performance at PT. UNICOTIN. Supply chain actors are (a) Suppliers of coconut raw materials including farmers, concurrently farmers, collectors, (b) PT. UNICOTIN in Airmadidi, (c) Head office of PT. UNICOTIN in Jakarta, (d) large importers in Germany, Holland, England, Poland, Egypt, Russia and China, and small numbers of other importers who have their respective roles. The supply chain flow consists of information flow starting from the need for coconut flour from the importer to the Jakarta Head Office, the flow of products starting from the supply of raw coconut materials from the supplier, and financial flows in the form of payments from the importer to the Jakarta head office.
Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Pengemasan Minyak Goreng Kelapa Sawit CV. Kaliserayoe di Kecamatan Gunung Tanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the palm cooking oil packaging business and to determine the large income from the palm cooking oil packaging business. The research was carried out for 5 months, starting from August to December 2020. The research location was at CV. Kaliserayoe, Tawangsari Village, RT 03 RW 03 Gunungtanjung Village, Gunungtanjung District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province. With a quantitative descriptive research method with data sources from primary data, namely cooking oil packaging business managers, and secondary data, namely from related agencies or institutions, the internet (google search and google schoolar) and libraries. The results showed that the income from the cooking oil packaging business carried out by CV. Kaliserayoe in one period (1 month) was IDR 32,053,188 and the cooking oil packaging business carried out by CV. Kaliserayoe was financially feasible, with an R/C value of 1.05
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PADI ORGANIK DI KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA (DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES OF ORGANIC RICE IN SOUTHEAST MINAHASA DISTRICT
The purpose of this study is to formulate the right strategy to develop organic rice in Molompar Dua Utara Village. This study was conducted in November 2019 to March 2020. The data collection method used was a survey method. The data used in this study was primary dan secondary data. The primary data were obtained through direct interview with 11 respondents using a questionnaire, and the secondary data was obtained from the Agriculture Department of Southeast Minahasa Regency. The result of this study shows the right strategy for the development of Agrobiz Mitra’s organic rice is growth oriented strategy, including: maintaining product certification through the use of quality organic seeds and fertilizers, avoiding products from chemical contamination to maintain consumer safety. Furthermore, expanding the marketing network by holding special markets, collaborating with the Government in setting prices for organic farming products, expanding bussiness by improving brand awareness to expand marketing network. On the other hand, experienced farmer engage in the socialization of organic rice farming.
ANALISIS PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU KELAPA PADA PT. DIMEMBE NYIUR AGRIPRO (DNA) DI DESA TETEY, KECAMATAN DIMEMBE, KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA.
This study aimed to analyze the level of raw material inventory coconut optimal in order to minimize the total cost of inventory during 2015 on coconut flour mill PT. Dimembe Nyiur Agripro (DNA). This research was conducted in April 2016 to June 2016, from preparation to preparation of the report. The data used is data Primary and Secondary Data. This research was conducted by interview directly to the staf of production department of PT. Dimembe Nyiur Agripro (DNA) and also use the written data in the form of documents obtained from the company. Data analysis was performed using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). These results indicate that the optimal raw material inventory for each purchase / reservation for 2015 should be carried out by PT. Dimembe Nyiur Agripro (DNA) is 61.307 kg with 203 times the purchase frequency and interval of purchase / reordering is 2 days. Thus, companies can minimize the total cost of inventory
TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN WHAT’S UP CAFE MANADO
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction What's Up Cafe Manado regarding products, prices, places, and services. This research was conducted for 2 months from February to March 2019. Determination of the sample using accidental sampling technique. Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected from direct interviews with 30 respondents (consumers) using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.Secondary data were obtained from local bookstores and the internet. From the internet using Google Scholar to get books, scientific journal articles and theses from other universities related to research topics on the level of consumer satisfaction. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction of What’s Up Cafe Manado overall was classified as very satisfied by 82.04%. In detail, the level of customer satisfaction for What's Up Cafe for the very satisfied category was 84.45% for product variables, 83.99% for prices, and 80.33% for places. For the satisfied category, the service variable is 79.99%.*eprm
Rekayasa Pengembangan Agribisnis Stroberi Organik Di Sulawesi Utara Dalam Era Agribisnis 4.0
This research aims to design the development of an organic strawberry agribusiness in North Sulawesi through the pentahelix collaborative engineering. This research was conducted from March to September 2022. The method used in this research is a survey method. The selection of the research location was carried out purposive, namely the area which is the center of organic strawberry production in North Sulawesi. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes: (1) performance of organic strawberry agribusiness, (2) synergy of strawberry agribusiness subsystems in North Sulawesi, and (3) role of pentahelix in organic strawberry development. Secondary data is in the form of supporting data for this research. The data collection techniques used were (1) using questionnaires, (2) observation, (3) interviews, (4) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and (5) documentation. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the application of organic farming has not been fully implemented because respondents still use chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Strong integration of strawberry agribusiness development has not been created between sub-systems either vertically or in terms of. Agribusiness development desigm follows the Services Rationalization collaboration pattern, namely increasing the role of the service sector that is related to agribusiness subsystems. Increasing the role in the form of increasing the role of academics as a attracting sector and as a facilitator, the role of the Government as a supporting sector, the role of the media as a source and dissemination of information, the role of farmer associations as a driving sector and the business sector which consists of all agribusiness subsystems other than agriservices as the implementing sector. Further engineering in the Pentahelix collaboration in the development of strawberry agribusiness then put forward three main components, namely the business component, the academic component, and the support component
