Features of the Legal Status of Maritime Areas around Svalbard Archipelago
Spitsbergen (Svalbard) - polar archipelago located in the Arctic Ocean. The Svalbard Treaty was signed in 1920, granting full sovereignty to Norway. But despite the fact that the question of the legal status of Spitsbergen resolved, there still controversy about the sensible features and conditions of this sovereignty. In this article, a special place is given to the status of the waters around Svalbard. As for the Russian fisheries in the Barents and Norwegian Seas, including sea area of Svalbard, it has important historical significance, as well as being important in terms of production of living resources. However, after the establishment of Norway's 200-mile fisheries protection zone around Svalbard other countries emerged some difficulties in the public domain in the maritime spaces around the archipelago. This article is devoted to the development problems of interpretation of the provisions of the Svalbard Treaty of Paris in 1920
Process Mining Algorithm for Online Intrusion Detection System
In this paper, we consider the applications of process mining in intrusion
detection. We propose a novel process mining inspired algorithm to be used to
preprocess data in intrusion detection systems (IDS). The algorithm is designed
to process the network packet data and it works well in online mode for online
intrusion detection. To test our algorithm, we used the CSE-CIC-IDS2018 dataset
which contains several common attacks. The packet data was preprocessed with
this algorithm and then fed into the detectors. We report on the experiments
using the algorithm with different machine learning (ML) models as classifiers
to verify that our algorithm works as expected; we tested the performance on
anomaly detection methods as well and reported on the existing preprocessing
tool CICFlowMeter for the comparison of performance
The Correlation-Based Method for the Movement Compensation in the Analysis of the Results of FRAP Experiments
This paper presents a computational algorithm
for the detection and compensation for intracellular
movement in the FRAP experiments with focal adhesions
in living cells. The developed approach is based on the
calculation of correlation coefficient. It was validated on
the series of the experimental datasets and shows the
successful results in the comparison with other widelyestablished
methods
Hydrogen atom in crossed external fields reexemined by the moment method
Recurrence relations of perturbation theory for hydrogen ground state are
obtained. With their aid polarizabilities in constant perpendicular electric
and magnetic fields are computed up to 80th order. The high orders asymptotic
is compared with its quasiclassical estimate. For the case of arbitrary mutual
orientation of external fields a general sixth order formula is given.Comment: 11 pages, LaTeX, 2 figures (eps
High orders of the perturbation theory for hydrogen atom in magnetic field
The states of hydrogen atom with principal quantum number and zero
magnetic quantum number in constant homogeneous magnetic field are
considered. The coefficients of energy eigenvalues expansion up to 75th order
in powers of are obtained for these states. The series for energy
eigenvalues and wave functions are summed up to values of the order
of atomic magnetic field. The calculations are based on generalization of the
moment method, which may be used in other cases of the hydrogen atom
perturbation by a polynomial in coordinates potential.Comment: 16 pages, LaTeX, 6 figures (ps, eps

Работоспособность программного обеспечения проверяется на экспериментальных данных, представляющих результаты по исследованию опухоли молочной железы
Использование ассоциативного анализа для обработки научных публикаций в области систем доставки лекарств
In this paper the associative analysis of terms' co-occurrences in the abstracts of scientific articles (more than 600 thousands publications) in the field of drug delivery system was used. The associations between 2358 biologically active chemicals were depicted as a network diagram (semantic network). In the diagram clusters were found, which included compounds similar either in chemical structure or in biological properties. Most of the members of a certain cluster were investigated in relation to the problems of drug delivery.
Practical Verification of Decision-Making in Agent-Based Autonomous Systems
We present a verification methodology for analysing the decision-making component in agent-based hybrid systems. Traditionally hybrid automata have been used to both implement and verify such systems, but hybrid automata based modelling, programming and verification techniques scale poorly as the complexity of discrete decision-making increases making them unattractive in situations where complex log- ical reasoning is required. In the programming of complex systems it has, therefore, become common to separate out logical decision-making into a separate, discrete, component. However, verification techniques have failed to keep pace with this devel- opment. We are exploring agent-based logical components and have developed a model checking technique for such components which can then be composed with a sepa- rate analysis of the continuous part of the hybrid system. Among other things this allows program model checkers to be used to verify the actual implementation of the decision-making in hybrid autonomous systems
In-depth study of intra-Stark spectroscopy in the x-ray range in relativistic laser-plasma interactions
Intra-Stark spectroscopy (ISS) is the spectroscopy within the quasistatic Stark profile of a spectral line. The present paper advances the ISS-based study of the relativistic laser-plasma interaction from our previous paper (Oks et al 2017 Opt. Express 25 1958). By improving the experimental conditions and the diagnostics, it provides an in-depth spectroscopic study of the simultaneous production of the Langmuir waves and of the ion acoustic turbulence at the surface of the relativistic critical density. It demonstrates a reliable reproducibility of the Langmuir-wave-induced dips at the same locations in the experimental profiles of Si XIV Ly-beta line, as well as of the deduced parameters (fields) of the Langmuir waves and ion acoustic turbulence in several individual 1 ps laser pulses and of the peak irradiances of 1-3 ×1020 W cm-2. Besides, this study employs for the first time the most rigorous condition of the dynamic resonance, on which the ISS phenomenon is based, compared to all previous studies in all kinds of plasmas in a wide range of electron densities. It shows how different interplays between the Langmuir wave field and the field of the ion acoustic turbulence lead to distinct spectral line profiles, including the disappearance of the Langmuir-wave-induced dips
