Monitoring Scheme for Safety Hazard Status of Urban Rail Transit Operation Equipment and Facilities Based on Blockchain Technology
Urban rail transit plays a very important role in cities’ social and economic development. To ensure the safe and stable operation of urban rail transit operation equipment and facilities, it is necessary to monitor a large number of safety hazard statuses and data and improve the over-centralisation of traditional monitoring. This paper designs a scheme for storing, validating and monitoring the safety hazard status of urban rail transit operation equipment and facilities based on blockchain technology. The safety hazards of equipment and facilities during the operation stage of urban rail transit are listed using the literature analysis method and the case study method. The European RAMS (reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) standard method is used to determine the safety hazard status of equipment and facilities by availability index. Based on the features of the consensus mechanism, smart contract and other features of blockchain technology, this paper designs an overall scheme for storing, verifying and monitoring the safety hazard status of equipment and facilities. This scheme provides a practical operation method for evaluating the safety hazard status of rail transit equipment and facilities, which is conducive to the safety rectification of the entire urban rail transit
Learning When to Concentrate or Divert Attention: Self-Adaptive Attention Temperature for Neural Machine Translation
Most of the Neural Machine Translation (NMT) models are based on the
sequence-to-sequence (Seq2Seq) model with an encoder-decoder framework equipped
with the attention mechanism. However, the conventional attention mechanism
treats the decoding at each time step equally with the same matrix, which is
problematic since the softness of the attention for different types of words
(e.g. content words and function words) should differ. Therefore, we propose a
new model with a mechanism called Self-Adaptive Control of Temperature (SACT)
to control the softness of attention by means of an attention temperature.
Experimental results on the Chinese-English translation and English-Vietnamese
translation demonstrate that our model outperforms the baseline models, and the
analysis and the case study show that our model can attend to the most relevant
elements in the source-side contexts and generate the translation of high
quality.Comment: To appear in EMNLP 201
Camouflaged Object Detection with Feature Grafting and Distractor Aware
The task of Camouflaged Object Detection (COD) aims to accurately segment
camouflaged objects that integrated into the environment, which is more
challenging than ordinary detection as the texture between the target and
background is visually indistinguishable. In this paper, we proposed a novel
Feature Grafting and Distractor Aware network (FDNet) to handle the COD task.
Specifically, we use CNN and Transformer to encode multi-scale images in
parallel. In order to better explore the advantages of the two encoders, we
design a cross-attention-based Feature Grafting Module to graft features
extracted from Transformer branch into CNN branch, after which the features are
aggregated in the Feature Fusion Module. A Distractor Aware Module is designed
to explicitly model the two possible distractors in the COD task to refine the
coarse camouflage map. We also proposed the largest artificial camouflaged
object dataset which contains 2000 images with annotations, named ACOD2K. We
conducted extensive experiments on four widely used benchmark datasets and the
ACOD2K dataset. The results show that our method significantly outperforms
other state-of-the-art methods. The code and the ACOD2K will be available at

Photon-assisted Fano Resonance and Corresponding Shot-Noise in a Quantum Dot
We have studied the Fano resonance in photon-assisted transport in a quantum
dot and calculated both the coherent current and spectral density of shot
noise. It is predicted, for the first time, that the shape of Fano profile will
also appear in satellite peaks. It is found that the variations of Fano
profiles with the strengths of nonresonant transmissions are not synchronous in
absorption and emission sidebands. The effect of interference on
photon-assisted pumped current has been also investigated. We further predict
the current and spectral density of shot noise as a function of the phase,
which exhibits an intrinsic property of resonant and nonresonant channels in
the structures.Comment: 4 pages, 5 figure
