There is also described retinal plethysmography extraction from video records and its data processing. Image Quality Assessment of ophthalmologic videosequences using phase correlation

The paper is dedicated to common problem of image processing – video quality assessment.Reference method of video quality assessment using phase correlation as objective way for blurredimage identification is presented in this article. The method is analytically described and appliedin retinal im-aging. The quality coefficient was determined.
