    A study of combined evaluation of suppliers based on correlation

    Purpose: The Selection of logistics service providers is an important issue in supply chain management. But different evaluation methods may lead to different results, which could cause inconsistent conclusions. This paper makes use of a new perspective to combine with a variety of methods to eliminate the deviation of different single evaluation methods. Design/methodology/approach: This paper expounds the application of the combined evaluation method based on correlation. Entropy method, factor analysis, grey colligation evaluation and AHP have been used for research. Findings: According to the evaluate result, the ranking of suppliers obtained by each method have obvious differences. The result shows that combined evaluation method can eliminate the deviation of different single evaluation methods. Originality/value: The combined evaluation method makes up for the defects of single evaluation methods and obtains a result that is more stable and creditable with smaller deviation. This study can provide the enterprise leaders with more scientific method to select their cooperative companies.Peer Reviewe

    Quantitative Research on the Evolution Stages of We-media Network Public Opinion based on a Logistic Equation

    We-media network public opinion is a new force in the current social public opinion field that has an important impact on the guidance of social public opinion and social stability. Studying the periodic law of we-media network public opinion dissemination and constructing a quantitative model of we-media network public opinion dissemination stages provide the basis for guiding social public opinion and governing we-media network public opinion dissemination. Based on this, this paper explores the life cycle of we-media network public opinion evolution, analyzes the characteristics and connotations of each evolution stage, and determines the dominant indicators of we-media network public opinion evolution stages; in addition, this paper constructs a logistic quantitative model and its stage refinement model for the evolution and development of we-media network public opinion and uses MATLAB software to simulate the event of the academic fraud of the Chinese actor Zhai. This paper studies the four key points on the logistic curve of we-media network public opinion evolution and the five key intervals, analyzes the connotation of the quantified stage of each interval, and puts forward the governance strategy of we-media network public opinion events, through the simulation of initial values, growth rates and upper limits

    Multi-objective optimization design of ship propulsion shafting based on the multi-attribute decision making

    The expression of field transfer matrix of a ship propulsion shafting is deduced based on the modified Timoshenko beam theory using the transfer matrix method. Moreover, the power flow of each bearing of the propulsion shafting is carried out numerically. The Pareto optimal solution set is obtained by selecting the aft stern bearing stiffness, front stern bearing stiffness, thrust bearing stiffness and the bearing spacing length as the optimization design variables and selecting the sum of the power flow of each bearing of the propulsion shafting as the optimization objectives. Then, the Pareto optimal solution set is sorted by the TOPSIS method and MADM approach. The analysis results show that it is feasible and effective to avoid the blindness of selecting optimization results by optimizing the propulsion shafting multi-objectives based on the TOPSIS method and MADM approach

    Pareto Optimality of Centralized Procurement Based on Genetic Algorithm

    In the process of purchasing materials, small enterprises are often unable to meet the minimum availability of suppliers in the process of purchasing due to the lack of economic strength and storage capacity of goods. Therefore, they will encounter difficulties in the process of purchasing.To solve this problem, the group-led centralized procurement strategy for small enterprises has become a new craze. In this paper, we transform the problem of centralized procurement lot into a multi-objective optimization problem by establishing a multi-objective optimization model with cost, quality and logistics as sub-objectives, and use genetic algorithms to solve the multi-objective optimization problem in order to achieve Pareto optimality among each purchaser and supplier. Finally, an example of procurement by the China Energy Investment Corporation is used to verify that the multi-objective optimization model for the collection of lots constructed in this paper can effectively promote the cooperation between purchasers and suppliers, and stimulate the competitive vitality of enterprises in the market

    Study on logistics industry development policy of Beijing based on system dynamic

    Purpose: This paper is committed to design a logistics industry development policy model based on system dynamic to simulate the policy measures which promote region economic and logistics efficiency. The interaction between logistic industry development policy and economy needs to be investigated and the influence degree of logistic efficiency affected by industry policy needs to be identified too. Design/methodology/approach: In order to achieve the objective, it makes a system analysis from industry perspective to divide system into economic growth subsystem, logistics demand subsystem and logistics supply subsystem. Then the hypothesis and the boundaries are defined, and the causal diagram and system flow diagrams are drawn. The paper designs parameters and structural equation by the sample of Beijing using the econometrics model and takes model validation. Taking Beijing as an example, logistics industry development policy is simulated from the aspect of technological progress, increasing fixed assets investment, adjusting the industrial structure proportion and comprehensive policy by changing the parameters using Vensim-PLE. Findings?After logistics development policy is highly simulated by system dynamic model of logistics industry development policy, it is found that the policies of technological progress, fixed assets investment increasing, the industrial structure proportion adjustment and the comprehensive policy have different function to affect GDP, logistics demand, supply capacity and actual logistics costs. Originality/value: Compared with the previous research, this paper analyzes the interactive mechanism between logistics industry policy and region economy from a system perspective and establishes system dynamics model of logistics industry development policy to make up for the limitation of previous research.Peer Reviewe

    Assessment of Research Efficiency in China\u27s Universities Based on Data Envelopment Method

    To investigate the static and dynamic trends of scientific research efficiency of different types of universities in China during the period of 2016 - 2020. Methods: Based on the scientific research data of six types of universities nationwide from 2016 to 2020, which are classified by the Compendium of Science and Technology Information of Higher Education Institutions published by the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education. We selected the full-time personnel (person-years) of research and development personnel and Internal expenditure for the year of science and technology funds (thousand yuan) as input evaluation indexes, and the number of Academic papers published abroad (articles), the number of international projects acceptance (item), the number of patent authorizations (item), and the number of Actual income of technology patents in the current year (thousands of yuan) as output evaluation indexes, and constructed the evaluation index system of scientific research efficiency of six types of universities nationwide. SPSS version 23.0 software was used for descriptive data statistics, and DEA-BCC model and DEA-Malmquist index model of DEAP2.1 software were used for static and dynamic evaluation of its scientific research efficiency from 2016 to 2020, respectively. Results ① Overall analysis: the level of scientific research efficiency of all types of universities is high, but the total factor productivity of scientific research shows a trend of rising and then declining during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and the overall scientific research efficiency of universities has limited room for improvement. ② Comparative analysis: universities of comprehensive, science and technology, medicine and other universities have the highest level of scientific research efficiency, followed by universities of teacher training and lower universities of agriculture and forestry. ③ From 2017 - 2020, full-time personnel, internal expenditures of agriculture and forestry universities are input redundancy, patent authorization number and the actual income of agriculture and forestry universities are insufficient output. In 2020, full-time personnel, internal expenditures of normal universities are input redundancy, patent authorization number of normal universities is output insufficient. Conclusion: During the period of 2016 - 2020, all kinds of universities nationwide have achieved high research efficiency with high input and high output, which provides a strong reference for the national research management to allocate university research funds more scientifically and reasonably. This result to optimize the allocation of resources of university\u27s scientific research in China and improve the economic benefit of university\u27s scientific research has important theoretical and practical significance

    ERGO4ALL : Validation d'un algorithme d'analyse des postures et applications de force

    RÉSUMÉ : L’émergence des nouvelles technologies de réalité virtuelle a ouvert un nouveau domaine d'application qu'est l'ergonomie virtuelle permettant d'effectuer une évaluation ergonomique de manière proactive dans un environnement de travail virtuel à l'aide du mannequin numérique. Cependant, les outils actuels de DHM (Digital Human Modeling) sont difficiles à maîtriser nécessitant beaucoup de temps et un effort de formation important pour en arriver à une utilisation efficace. Dassault Systèmes (3DS) planifie la mise en marché dès 2019 d’une nouvelle application «Ergonomic Workplace Design (EWD)» qui permettra de faire le lien entre une situation de travail défavorable et des suggestions à envisager pour réduire le risque de troubles musculo-squelettiques (TMS). Ce mémoire est une synthèse des travaux réalisés issus de l’équipe Recherche et Développement (R&D), chez Dassault Systèmes. L'objectif général de ce projet est de poursuivre le développement d'un algorithme d'évaluation de situations de travail simples élaboré dans un projet précédent, afin de l'amener à un niveau où il peut être intégré à la nouvelle application « EWD ». Pour atteindre cet objectif, une comparaison des valeurs de capacité calculées par 3DSSPP et par les équations de Stobbe (1982) a été réalisée afin d’actualiser des valeurs de capacité dans le calcul biomécanique de DELMIA en intégrant les équations de Stobbe. Cette étude contribue à l’avancement de la recherche sur la détermination des valeurs de capacité physique au niveau d’une articulation dans le but d’assurer une meilleure validité de l’évaluation des risques d’une situation de travail. Par ailleurs, l’outil développé a été testé pour un ensemble plus vaste d'échantillons (216 postures * 3 niveaux des forces = 648 situations de travail) que celui du projet précédent dans le but de valider la méthode d’évaluation des risques se basant sur la norme EN 1005-3 et de vérifier que les suggestions générées par l'arbre de décision correspondent toujours bien aux problématiques de la situation réelle. Il ressort de cette étude que les indices de risque évoluent de façon monotone dans la grande majorité des cas analysés. En outre, les suggestions générées par l’arbre de décision ne peuvent pas fournir correctement des indices de solutions pour certaines postures analysées. Il est donc recommandé de continuer le processus d'amélioration de l’algorithme d'évaluation et de vérifier la concordance du résultat d'analyse produit par l’outil avec un consensus d'experts en ergonomie.Ce projet de recherche permet d’aider 3DS à améliorer son environnement virtuel en vue de mieux supporter les concepteurs industriels dans leur prise de décision quant aux aspects d'ergonomie, ce qui correspond à la vision de l’ergonomie virtuelle que 3DS s'est fixée.----------ABSTRACT : The emergence of virtual reality technology has opened up a new field of application, namely virtual ergonomics, which allows to perform ergonomic assessments proactively in a virtual environment by means of digital manikin. However, the current DHM (Digital Human Modeling) tools are difficult to manipulate and require plenty of practice to master. Dassault Systèmes (3DS) is planning to launch a new application called "Ergonomic Workplace Design (EWD)" by 2019, whose aim is to find the link between unfavourable work situations and further improvements need to be realised in order to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This memoir is a summary of research conducted with Research and Development (R&D) team at Dassault Systèmes. The overall goal of this study is to optimize the evaluation algorithm that has been developed previously for simple work situations when it reaches a level of maturity where this algorithm can be integrated into the new "EWD" application. To achieve this goal, the joint capacity values calculated by 3DSSPP and by empirical equations from Stobbe (1982) were compared. This comparaision can help to update joint capacity values in biomechanical calculation of DELMIA by integrating equations of Stobbe into the calculation module of new application. This research contributes to the understanding of how to determine the physical capacity values of joint, which is an essential component to ensure a better validity of the workplace risk assessment. In addition, the developed evaluation tools were tested on a larger sample (216 postures * 3 levels of force = 648 work situations) than that of the previous study. The results of the test can further validate the risk assessment method based on EN 1005-3 standard and verify that the suggestions generated by the decision tree correspond appropriately to the ergonomics issues in the workplace. This study shows that risk index evolves monotonously in the vast majority of cases. In addition, suggestions generated by the current decision tree cannot correctly provide solutions for certain awkward postures. It is therefore recommended to continue the optimization process of the current evaluation algorithms and to verify the concordance between analysis results produced by developed tools and expert consensus in the assessment of ergonomic risks. This research project helps 3DS to improve its virtual environment, which can offer industrial designers a better support in their decision-making about ergonomic issues.
