The youth is marker of mordent labour market, because it is exposed to transformation on labourmarket very much. The aim of the research is to study so little explored theme as problematics of partnershipand opportuning partner relations regard with work-giver. It characterizes wide range of active social interactionsfocused on satisfaction of some general interests and wants refusing of confrontation and choosingthe strategy of optimal compromise and giving mutually beneficial convention as the social subjects. Methods.The fundamental sociological ideas, comparative analyze, interdisciplinary approach are the foundationof the research. The theoretical research is based on conceptual workers and researchesβ results of Russianand foreign authors, dedicated to analyze of youth on labour market and to problematics of partnership. Theempirical research is based on questionnaire of young respondents. Results. The empirical research has giventhree types of respondents. They are Β«ownerΒ», Β«partnerΒ», Β«labourerΒ». The correlational analyze has beendone between respondentβs type and work-giverβs type according to each kind of the type. The authors carriedout the correlation between respondent types and such kind of relations with work-giver as Β«chiefβsubordinateΒ», democratic, authority, mentor, partnership, friendship, fellows for further estimation of thestudied problematics
