The need to promote intercultural education in disadvantaged youth groups by active methods

The article presents theoretical and practical aspects of intercultural education, applied in a project which uses methods of action. General guidelines are presented on interculturality, social frame, and features of teenage years. Intercultural education has a unifying character going beyond the individual characteristics, and relational tensions, and action techniques build a bridge between the concrete experience of life and coexistence rules, allowing [to make the the necessary adjustments] in a secure frame. This paper presents a parallel between individual and social difficulties. [The work] method allows an assessment of issues and also a flexible intervention adaptable to particular needs. (Orig.)Der Beitrag stellt theoretische und praktische Aspekte der interkulturellen Erziehung vor, angewendet in einem Projekt, das Methoden des Handelns nutzt. Es werden allgemeine Richtlinien der Interkulturalität vorgestellt sowie gesellschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen für das Jugendalter. Interkulturelle Erziehung ist ein verbindendes Zeichen, das über den individuellen Eigenschaften und relationalen Spannungen steht. Handlungstechniken bauen eine Brücke zwischen der konkreten Erfahrung von Leben und Regeln des Zusammenlebens, so dass eine sichere Umgebung für die notwendigen Anpassungen geschaffen wird. THE INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGY ELEMENTS ON SODIUM, CALCIUM AND MAGNESIUM CONTENT, AT THE MINT CULTURE, IN CONDITIONS OF SOMEŞENI - CLUJ AREA

The present paper presents part of the results of the researches carried out within the "Exploitation of systems for land improvement and crop irrigation" specialization at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca. The research underlying this paper was to determine the influence of some technological factors - irrigation, fertilization and biological material on the content of three important mineral elements - sodium, calcium and magnesium, at the mint culture, under the specific conditions of Someseni area - Cluj. The technological factors studied were: the irrigation regime, the degree of fertilization and the biological material, being tested three varieties of mint grown in culture in Transylvania, M. x piperita var. piperita "Swiss Mint", M. spicata L. var. crispa "Morroccan" and M. suaveolens var. "Apple Mint"
