    This study focuses on the problem of relationships between personality traits and stylistic characteristics of professional interaction between a teacher and student, the consideration of personal determinant of the stylistic peculiarities of their interaction, as well as the styles of professional activity of a teacher. The model of interaction of subjects of educational process, from the point of view of innovative personality-oriented education is considered. And the result of this interaction is the transformation of educational features into personal and the transition to personal meanings. It is the personal importance of the subject of interaction and the interaction itself that contributes to the formation of the subjective position of the student and the teacher. The main emphasis is placed on the subject-subject interaction of participants of the educational process, personal determinants of style features of psychological and pedagogical interaction, which contribute to the development of the success of professional activity of the teacher

    The student as a subject of transformative activity in the period of professional training

    The work includes a detailed analysis of the specifics of the current activity and description of its role in the development of professional success of future specialists in the context of modern sociorealism. Based on the results of the analysis of modern requirements to the student as a subject of autopsychological activity, the psychological factors of its productivity are identified. The paper presents a review of significant personal qualities of students, considered as internal determinants of successful transforming activity of a modern specialist: features of the value-semantic sphere, psychological, emotional and volitional characteristics of subjectivity. Factors that facilitate and block constructive activity aimed at promising transformations are shown. Considered extraction and interactively transformative in nature, their meaning and function in the development of the individual student. Various vectors of transformative activity in childhood are considered. The role of self-attitude, self-awareness, reflection of students’ experience and knowledge in ensuring the productivity of their professional and personal growth is revealed. Based on the analysis of the results of an empirical study, we describe the content features of modern students’ ideas about the essence and determinants of the positive transformative activity of its role in achieving future professionalsuccess

    The article presents a description of the internal predictors of student success as a subject of communication in digital professional communities. The determinants of student success as a subject of modern communication in the digital environment are described. The role of communicative control, empathy, the chosen strategy of behavior in a conflict situation in the implementation of productive communication is shown. An analysis of the features of the manifestation of internal predictors of student success in the context of interaction in professional digital communities is presented. The introduction presents an analytical review of psychological research on student success as a subject of communication in digital professional communities. Clusters of factors that determine the success of students' communicative activity in the digital professional and educational environment are generalized and typified. The aim of the study is to study the success of a student as a subject of communication in digital professional communities. The study used a method of communicative self-control, an empathy scale, a test for studying behavior strategies in conflict. The article describes the main results of the study of self-control in communication, the level of empathy and the strategy of behavior in conflict as predictors of student success as a subject of communication

    The article includes a comprehensive analysis of the specifics of the system of active learning methods and a description of its resources in the professional training of future specialists in the context of modern modernization of higher education. Based on the results of the analysis of current trends in the development of a variety of technologies and formats of training in higher education, the criteria for determining their feasibility are identified. The paper presents an overview of the significant psychological characteristics of the teacher, acting as internal determinants of successful activity based on active learning methods. Various components of students' project activity are considered. The advantages of active teaching methods in the development of professional thinking, reflection of students' experience and competencies in ensuring the productivity of their advancement in educational and professional activities are revealed. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research, the article describes the content features of modern students ' ideas about the resources and risks of active learning methods for their role in achieving a high level of professional competence development.
