Nanofibrous structures with incorporated natural extract

Tato práce se zabývá možností vytvoření nanovlákenného substrátu obsahujícího přírodní extrakt vykazující antimikrobiální aktivitu. Dále jsou zde uvedeny možnosti aktuálního stavu využití nanovlákenných krytí s antiseptickým účinkem v oblasti hojení ran. Je zde také vysvětlen proces elektrostatického zvlákňování a uveden vliv parametrů na tento proces. Experimentální část je zaměřena na přípravu přírodních extraktů, in-korporaci těchto extraktů do polymerního roztoku, jejich následné zvláknění a charakte-rizace.This thesis deals with the possibility of creating a nanofibrous substrate contain-ing a natural extract with antimicrobial activity. Further there are presented the possibil-ities of the current state of use of nanofibers with antiseptic effect in wound healing. There is also explained the process of electrospinning and the influence of parameters on this process. The experimental part is focused on preparation of natural extracts, in-corporation of these extracts into the polymer solution, their electrospinning and charac-terization
