    On the structure of codimension 1 foliations with pseudoeffective conormal bundle.

    International audienceLet XX a projective manifold equipped with a codimension 11 (maybe singular) distribution whose conormal sheaf is assumed to be pseudoeffective. By a theorem of Jean-Pierre Demailly, this distribution is actually integrable and thus defines a codimension 11 holomorphic foliation \F. We aim at describing the structure of such a foliation, especially in the non abundant case: It turns out that \F is the pull-back of one of the "canonical foliations" on a Hilbert modular variety.     Given a finitely generated subgroup G of the group of affine transformations acting on the complex line C, we are interested in the quotient Fix(G)/G. The purpose of this note is to establish when this quotient is finite and in this case its cardinality. We give an application to the qualitative study of polynomial planar vector fields at a neighborhood of a nilpotent singular point
