The pituitary body-and-thyroid system state and the thyroid peroxidase activity in children with the thyroid gland cytoproliferative diseases

The thyroid peroxidase activity has been studied in its connection with the pituitary bodyand-thyroid system state in children with the thyroid gland cytoproliferative diseases. The lowest thyroid peroxidase activity has been revealed in thetissueofpatientswithautoimmune thyroiditis, the highest — in patients with the thyroid gland cancer. The thyroid peroxidase activity increase has been determined in patients with autoimmunediseases while thethyroidgland function decrease being combined with the gland volume growth. A close correlation between the thyroid peroxidase activity and the gland neoplasm volume has been found.Изучена взаимосвязь активности тиреоидной пероксидазы и состояния гипофизарно-тиреоидной системы у детей с заболеваниями щитовидной железы. Наименьшая активность тиреоидной пероксидазы выявлена в ткани пациентов с аутоиммунным тиреоидитом, наибольшая — у больных раком щитовидной железы. Установлен рост активности тиреоидной пероксидазы при снижении функции щитовидной железы у больных с аутоиммунными ее заболеваниями, что сочеталось с ростом объема железы. Отмечена тесная связь между активностью тиреоидной пероксидазы и размерами новообразований железы
