    Feature Extraction Methods by Various Concepts using SOM

    Image retrieval systems gained traction with the increased use of visual and media data. It is critical to understand and manage big data, lot of analysis done in image retrieval applications. Given the considerable difficulty involved in handling big data using a traditional approach, there is a demand for its efficient management, particularly regarding accuracy and robustness. To solve these issues, we employ content-based image retrieval (CBIR) methods within both supervised , unsupervised pictures. Self-Organizing Maps (SOM), a competitive unsupervised learning aggregation technique, are applied in our innovative multilevel fusion methodology to extract features that are categorised. The proposed methodology beat state-of-the-art algorithms with 90.3% precision, approximate retrieval precision (ARP) of 0.91, and approximate retrieval recall (ARR) of 0.82 when tested on several benchmark datasets

    618-623Pharmacokinetics is very important in target validation and in shifting a lead compound into a drug. It is a cumbersome process in clinical research. A quantitative personation based on computed, pharmacokinetics, physicochemical properties, ILOGP, drug-likeness, medicinal chemistry friendliness, bioavailability radar and BOILED-Egg for all the synthesized, 6 novel compounds have been assessed using Swiss ADME. An effective drug can be produced from the physicochemical properties discussed in this model. The physicochemical properties of all designed Schiff bases of curcumin have been found to be optimal and so, they are perceived to have acceptable oral absorption and adequate permeability. All the monomers obeyed the rule of five by Lipinski and the oral bioavailability is accounted worldwide. The desired set of monomers have been enhanced by effective ADME screening and molecular simulation methods with Microtubuleassociated protein tau (MAPT) (PDB code: 10636) receptor could represent favourable building blocks as preferable chemotherapeutic factor in resistance to Alzheimers disease

    TIN-X:target importance and novelty explorer

    Abstract Motivation The increasing amount of peer-reviewed manuscripts requires the development of specific mining tools to facilitate the visual exploration of evidence linking diseases and proteins. Results We developed TIN-X, the Target Importance and Novelty eXplorer, to visualize the association between proteins and diseases, based on text mining data processed from scientific literature. In the current implementation, TIN-X supports exploration of data for G-protein coupled receptors, kinases, ion channels, and nuclear receptors. TIN-X supports browsing and navigating across proteins and diseases based on ontology classes, and displays a scatter plot with two proposed new bibliometric statistics: Importance and Novelty.
