The Scale-Invariant Scotogenic Model
We investigate a minimal scale-invariant implementation of the scotogenic
model and show that viable electroweak symmetry breaking can occur while
simultaneously generating one-loop neutrino masses and the dark matter relic
abundance. The model predicts the existence of a singlet scalar (dilaton) that
plays the dual roles of triggering electroweak symmetry breaking and sourcing
lepton number violation. Important constraints are studied, including those
from lepton flavor violating effects and dark matter direct-detection
experiments. The latter turn out to be somewhat severe, already excluding large
regions of parameter space. None the less, viable regions of parameter space
are found, corresponding to dark matter masses below (roughly) 10 GeV and above
200 GeV.Comment: 21 pages, 8 figures; v2 JHEP versio
A Radiative Model for the Weak Scale and Neutrino Mass via Dark Matter
We present a three-loop model of neutrino mass in which both the weak scale
and neutrino mass arise as radiative effects. In this approach, the scales for
electroweak symmetry breaking, dark matter, and the exotics responsible for
neutrino mass, are related due to an underlying scale-invariance. This
motivates the otherwise-independent O(TeV) exotic masses usually found in
three-loop models of neutrino mass. We demonstrate the existence of viable
parameter space and show that the model can be probed at colliders, precision
experiments, and dark matter direct-detection experiments.Comment: 24 pages, 7 figures; v2 Published versio
A Model of Neutrino Mass and Dark Matter with an Accidental Symmetry
We present a model of radiative neutrino mass that automatically contains an
accidental symmetry and thus provides a stable dark matter candidate.
This allows a common framework for the origin of neutrino mass and dark matter
without invoking any symmetries beyond those of the Standard Model. The model
can be probed by direct-detection experiments and
searches, and predicts a charged scalar that can appear at the TeV scale,
within reach of collider experiments.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figures; v2 minor correction to PLB version (results

The Evidence of Sick Building Syndrome (Sbs) among Oil Gas Refinery Officers
The sick building syndrome comprises of various non-specific symptoms that occur in the occupants of a building. It commonly increases sickness absenteeism and causes a decrease in productivity of the workers. Evidence suggests that what is called the Sick Building Syndrome are at least three separate entities, which has at least one cause. The following are some of the factors that might be primarily responsible for Sick Building Syndrome such as: Chemical contaminants, Biological contaminants, inadequate ventilation and Electromagnetic radiation. In many cases, it is due to insufficient maintenance of the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) system in the building. As this syndrome is increasingly becoming a major occupational hazard, the analytic cross-sectional design was used. Based on data obtained, 80 percent of respondents reported significant on-going health problems in the eyes, head, and the nose. About 60 percent had bad symptoms in the throat, the stomach and cough, 50 percent had gastrointestinal disorders, 40 percent fatigue and 25 percent had all symptoms of sick building syndrome. Forty respondents were recruited to the study, with a mean age of 35 years (range 20–55). To support the evidence of Sick Building Syndrome, further checks are needed for some of the factors in next research, that is, measurement of Chemical contaminants, Biological contaminants, inadequate ventilation and Electromagnetic radiation.

Cosmological string models from Milne spaces and SL(2,Z) orbifold
The -dimensional Milne Universe with extra free directions is used to
construct simple FRW cosmological string models in four dimensions, describing
expansion in the presence of matter with , . We then
consider the n=2 case and make SL(2,Z) orbifold identifications. The model is
surprisingly related to the null orbifold with an extra reflection generator.
The study of the string spectrum involves the theory of harmonic functions in
the fundamental domain of SL(2,Z). In particular, from this theory one can
deduce a bound for the energy gap and the fact that there are an infinite
number of excitations with a finite degeneracy. We discuss the structure of
wave functions and give examples of physical winding states becoming light near
the singularity.Comment: 14 pages, harvma
Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Loyalitas Donatur dalam Membayar ZIS pada LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel : Moderasi Kepercayaan
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of telemarketing and transparency use through social media to donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel with trust as moderate variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire or lift as data collection tool. Respondents in this study are the community or donor who once paid zakat, infak, and alms at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel. Samples analysis using Krijie Morgan formula and research measurement using data analysis of Structural Equation Model based Patrial Least Square (SEM PLS) using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results showed that based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r-Square) contributed of telemarketing, transparency, and trust to donor loyalty of 60,4% while 39,6% may be influenced by other factors outside of the study. From the results of statistical shows that telemarketing has positive and significant effect on the donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, in addition to transparency also has a positive and significant effect on donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, while trust does not moderate telemarketing on donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, as much as trust is not moderating transparency to donor loyalty in paying at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel
Seesaw Right Handed Neutrino as the Sterile Neutrino for LSND
We show that a double seesaw framework for neutrino masses with
exchange symmetry can lead to one of the righthanded seesaw partners of the
light neutrinos being massless. This can play the role of a light sterile
neutrino, giving a model that explains the LSND results. We get a very
economical scheme, which makes it possible to predict the full
neutrino mass matrix if CP is conserved. Once CP violation is included, effect
of the LSND mass range sterile neutrino is to eliminate the lower bound on
neutrinoless double beta decay rate which exists for the three neutrino case
with inverted mass hierarchy. The same strategy can also be used to generate a
natural model for LSND, which is also equally predictive for the CP
conserving case in the limit of exact symmetry.Comment: 13 pages and one figure; model extended to 3+2 cas
