    Blended Learning Approach of the Flipped Model for Partograph Short Course

    Crucial demand of professional and well-trained midwives, midwifery lecturers, general practitioner, and OBGYN in Indonesia could be fulfilled by providing effective learning process to them. Udayana University through its Distance Learning Centre has offered Partograph short course in order to respond the demand. The short course has implemented blended learning approach of the flipped classroom with International collaboration. The course was joint by participants from 11 countries through video conference. The course was well designed, conducted follow Global Development Learning Network standard, and then it was evaluated. The course yielded high impact to the participants which could be seen from the participants' feedback. They testified that the course was marvelous, effective and informative. Finally the evaluation results showed that all components of the learning process have significant result to the overall learning quality which was shown by their correlation coefficients

    Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Intrinsik dan Motivasi Kerja Ekstrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang)

    Work motivation is one of the important factors that can influence dan improve of employees’ performance. This research is intended to analyze the influence of intrinsic work and extrinsic work motivation on the performance of the employees. The respondents consist of 60 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I in Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The questionnaires are used to collect data from the respondents. Forty five (45) items of the questionnaires are used to measure the variable of intrinsic work motivation, extrinsic work motivation and performance of the respondents. The data were analized with multiple regression analysis. The result of the study indicates that: (i) intrinsic work motivation and extrinsic work motivation has positive significant influence on the employees’ performance (ii) intrinsic work motivation has no dominant influence on the employees’ performance

    Pengaruh Perilaku Pemimpin terhadap Keyakinan Bawahan pada Kepemimpinan Transformasional: suatu Pendekatan Model Syncretical

    This research is intended to analyze the influence of leader behavior on follower belief in transformational leadership based on syncretical model of charismatic/transformational leadership. There are three problems to discuss on this research: (i) What the displays empathy and dramatizes the mission of leader behavior has influence on the inspiration of follower?, (ii) What the projects self-assurence and enhances the leader\u27s image of leader behavior has influence on the awe of follower?, (iii) What the assures followers of their competency and provides followers with opportunities to experience success of leader behavior has influence on the empowerment of follower?The number of the respondent is 119 graduate students of Magister Management Program taken from three (3) state and private universities in Jogjakarta. The questionnaire developed by Behling and McFillen (1996) was used to collect the data. Eighteen (18) items are used to measure the variable of leader behavior and fifteen (15) items are used to measure the variable of follower belief. The data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis.The result of this study indicate that: (i) the displays empathy of leader behavior has a positive and significant influence on the inspiration of follower, while dramatizes the mission of leader behavior has no influence on the inspiration of follower, (ii) projects self-assurence and enhances the leader\u27s image of leader behavior has a positive and significant influence on the awe of follower, (iii) assures followers of their competency and provides followers with opportunities to experience success of leader behavior has a positive and significant influence on the empowerment of follower

    Pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada PT. Herculon Carpet Semarang)

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of motivation, competence,leadership, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Herculon Carpet Semarang.The samples were obtained by purposive sampling method, and selected 78 respondents as asample. The analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis which passed the classicalassumption test, multikolonierity test, autocorrelation test, heterokedastisity test, and normalitytest. In the test the coefficient of determination, the amount of adjusted R2 was 0.659, meaningthat 65.9% of the variation in changes in performance was influenced by the variable ofmotivation, competence, leadership, and work environment. While the remaining 34.1% wasinfluenced by other factors beyond the research model.In simultaneous significance test F (Ftest), f value 34.993 > F table 3.13. This means that the variable of motivation, competence,leadership, and working simultaneously had significant influence on employee performance. Inthe partial significance test (t test), motivation variable significantly influenced the performanceof employees with t value 5.589 > t table 1.9930. For variable of competence, t value -0.074 < tchart 1.9930, which means the variable of competence had no significant influence on employeeperformance. For the variable of leadership, t value 3.489 > t table at 1.9930 which means thatvariable of leadership had a significant influence on employee performance. As for the workenvironment variable, t value 1.725 < t chart 1.9930, which means that work environmentvariable had no significant influence on employee performance

    Pengaruh Family Control terhadap Profitabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Barang Konsumsi

    The majority of companies in Indonesia owned by the families, where the family firms have advantages and disadvantages. The study of the affect of family control still gave different result so that this study was conducted. This study aimed to examine the affect of family control on profitability and firm\u27s value. Profitability measured by using ROA and firm\u27s value by using Tobin\u27s Q. This study was conducted in the consumer goods sector of 2010-2012 by using several control variables which were firm size, sales growth dan leverage. The hypothesis used multiple regression. The result of this study showed that the family control and firm size had significant affect on profitability and firm\u27s value. Sales growth had no affect on profitability and firm\u27s value while leverage had significant affect on profitability but no affect on firm\u27s value

    Penerapan Alat Peraga Kubus Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Sifat-Sifat Bangun Ruang Di Kelas IV

    Latar belakang masalah dilakukan penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDK Ogomojolo masih sangat rendah dalam memahami materi sifat-sifat bangun ruang kubus. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil tes awal dimana dari 14 jumlah siswa, yang tuntas hanya ada 5 orang saja. Kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menjawab soal merupakan indikator kesulitan siswa. Kemungkinan juga model atau metode pembelajaran kurang sesuai dengan tingkat berpikir siswa. Oleh karena itu peneliti terdorong untuk mengadakan perbaikan terhadap proses pembelajaran yaitu melalui penerapan media atau alat peraga kubus agar siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran dan hasil belajar meningkat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDK Ogomojolo dengan Jumlah siswa 14 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan alat peraga kubus dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran sifat-sifat bangun ruang di kelas IV SDK Ogomojolo. Manfaat penelitian bagi siswa adalah meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar karena siswa lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran serta memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam memahami materi dengan menggunakan alat peraga. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model bersiklus yang mengacu pada model tim pelatih proyek PGSM yang terdiri dari 4 fase yaitu (1) perencanaan (2) tindakan (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Adapun jenis data penelitian ini adalah (1) data kualitatif berupa data aktifitas guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran (2) data kuantitatif berupa data hasil belajar siswa dalam mengerjakan tes yang mencakup tes awal dan tes akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (1) teknik observasi (2) teknik tes dan (3) teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga kubus dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan hasil belajar dapat dilihat dari nilai ketuntasan individu dan ketuntasan klasikal disetiap siklus, pada siklus I ketuntasan individu 63 dan ketuntasan klasikal 57%. Pada siklus II, ketuntasan individu dari 53 pra tindakan mencapai 83 dan ketuntasan klasikal dari 36% pra tindakan meningkat menjadi 93% setelah tindakan (siklus II). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan alat peraga kubus memberikan peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDK Ogomojolo dalam pembelajaran sifat-sifat bangun ruang khususnya dalam menentukan sifat-sifat kubus

    Indeks Kepuasan Pengguna Situs Web E-Gov di Bali dengan Metode EUCS dan CSI

    Provinsi Bali memiliki 8 (delapan) situs web Pemerintah Kabupaten, 1 (satu) situs web Pemerintah Provinsi, dan 1 (satu) situs web pemerintah Kota. Akan tetapi pengelola dari masing – masing situs web e-gov tidak pernah melakukan pengukuran indeks kepuasan pengguna terhadap fasilitas layanan informasi yang ditampilkan pada situs web e-gov tersebut secara rutin. Pengukuran indeks kepuasan pengguna situs web e-gov secara nasional terakhir dilakukan oleh Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) pada ICT Pura tahun 2012. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap fasilitas layanan pada situs web e-gov Pemerintah di Provinsi Bali, penelitian ini menggunakan metode End-User Satisfaction Index (EUCS) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk dapat mengetahui kategori web e-gov dalam suatu survei kepuasan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan layanan informasi pada situs web e-gov masing –masing Pemerintah Daerah di Provinsi Bali. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah indeks kepuasan pengguna situs web e-gov yang menempatkan situs web Kabupaten Klungkung (tertinggi) dan situs web e-gov Kabupaten Tabanan (terendah)
