The determinants of destination attractiveness of Danang for domestic tourists in the context of the impact of Covid-19

The study aims to determine the attractive components and attributes of Danang destinations for domestic tourists in the context of Covid-19. Qualitative methods through expert interviews combined with the quantitative method used in this study. The results show that the destination attractiveness of Danang for domestic tourists in the context of the impact of Covid-19 is composed of 08 dimensions (33 attributes), including (1) Natural; (2) Cultural; (3) Activities, festivals, events; (4) Tourism facilities; (5) Infrastructure, security, and safety; (6) Prices of products and services; (7) Visitors’ perception of the Covid-19; (8) Stimulus policy. The research results contribute to proposing orientations for Danang tourism management agencies and tourism businesses to come up with solutions to improve the destination attractiveness of Danang and attract domestic tourists coming to Danang after the Covid-19 pandemic was under control

Khảo sát đặc tính đối kháng của Bacillus licheniformis (B1) đối với Vibrio parahaemolyticus gây bệnh teo gan tụy cấp tính trên tôm (AHPND) trong điều kiện thí nghiệm

Bệnh hoại tử gan tụy cấp tính (AHPND – acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease) hay bệnh chết sớm EMS (early mortality syndrome) được phát hiện là bệnh do vi khuẩn Vibrio parahaemolyticus gây ravà gây thiệt hại lớn đối với mô hình nuôi tôm thâm canh và bán thâm canh. Chủng vi khuẩn Bacillus licheniformis (B1) được phân lập từ ruột cá Đối (Mugil cephalus) trong tự nhiên có khả năng đối kháng tốt với vi khuẩn V. parahaemolytics với vòng kháng khuẩn 15 mm trong thời gian 24 giờ. Ngoài ra, khả năng kháng V. parahaemolytics được thử nghiệm bằng phương pháp đồng nuôi cấy (co- culture) cho thấy chủng B1 (nồng độ 105 CFU/mL, 106 CFU/mL, 107 CFU/mL) có khả năng ức chế hoàn toàn V. parahaemolytics (104, 105, 106, 107 CFU/mL) sau thời gian chín giờ và đặc tính này ổn định trong 24 giờ khảo sát
