Implementasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa SD Yang Integratif Komunikatif Berbasis Folklore Lisan Sebagai Wujud Konservasi Budaya
This research objective was to disseminate and to test the effectiveness of the design of integrative communicative Javanese language learning in elementary school based on verbal folklore as a form of cultural conservation. This research used experimental research method. The subjects of this research were elementary school teachers and students in Semarang and Banyumas. The result of this research showed that this learning design was effective. The students' result of study in experimental class was better compared with control class and students' performance in experimental class during the learning process was more active, enthusiastic, and creative. According to the teachers, this learning besides teaching language, art, and culture was also educating character as well. Moreover, this learning was as alternative of Javanese culture preservation

The study used experimental research design. The subjects of the study were the teachers and the students of elementary schools in Semarang and in Banyumas. The results of the study suggested that the teaching and learning design was effective. The learning outcome of the experimental class was better than controlled class and the performance of the experimental class during the teaching and learning was more active, enthusiastic, and creative. According to the teachers' opinion, the teaching and learning did not only teach the language, literature, and cultures but it also built the characters. Besides, this teaching and learning could be considered as an alternative of the conservation of Javanese cultures
STUDENTSâ BELIEF ON USING CERTAIN LEARNING STRATEGIES IN IMPROVING THEIR SPEAKING ABILITY
Students have their own belief in using certain Language Learning Strategies (LLSs) including the students in a private institute in Indonesia. The previous research revealed that beliefs affects the formulation of effective teaching methods and will carry out the improvement of learnersâ language learning abilities. In addition, some scholars identified that LLSs are differed by some factors. It was found that females tend to use cognitive strategies and males use metacognitive strategies. Other research by Ĺ afranj, J. (2013) supported the previous research finding that sex differences in strategy use had a profound influence. This paper investigates the studentsâ belief on using certain Learning Strategies supporting their speaking ability and to find out the possible unrevealed learning strategies. There were 33 students of a private institute in Indonesia being included in this research. The finding shows that the students have strong belief that three learning strategies support much on their speaking improvement: MS (Memory Strategies), AS (Affective Strategies), and SS (Social Strategies). Analisis Pengaruh Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Profitabilitas Studi Kasus pada Sub Sektor Pertambangan Batubara yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2017-2019
Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas pada Sub Sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas (ROA) sedangkan variabel independennya adalah perputaran piutang (Receivable Turnover)
Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel akan ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan diperoleh 19 perusahaan batubara yang digunakan sebagai populasi dan diperoleh 10 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mempunyai sifat runtut waktu (time series) yang tidak secara langsung diberikan kepada pengumpul data.
Hasil: dari uji t dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > t table (2,398>2,04841) maka dari hipotesis yang ada Ha diterima yaitu variabel independen RTO memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen ROA.
Manfaat: Peneitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan masukan dalam mengambil keputusan yang berkaitan dengan RTO dan ROA. Untuk menambah wawasan dan menambah informasi dalam menuangkan hasil penelitian
Skala Ekonomi, Produktivitas dan Bank Syariâah Indonesia
This study aims to determine the internal performance of Islamic commercial bank in allocating resources efficiently by using analytical approach productivity and economies of scale. The model used is a model of translog production function with the dependent variable (dependent) financing and independent variables (independent) of capital, labor, and third party funds. Translog models estimated consist of four criteria of the model, that model of translog complete, translog models without a quadratic function, translog models without the interaction between factors, and translog model of constant elasticity of substitution (CES). Selection of the best model on a production function translog done through statistical test, so that the best model is used to reflect the value of the output elasticity and returns to scale. The results of this study are: (1) The model chosen is the model of constant elasticity of substitution. (2) Variable input third party funds had the largest productivity value compared with variable capital and labor. (3) In the study period, the condition of diseconomies of scale occur on Islamic Banks, which means Islamic Banks have not been able to produce output increased financing with cheaper production costs

Analisis Gramatika pada Abstrak Prosiding (The 1 International Conference On Business and Accounting Studies, University of Jember)
This research is done to investigate the grammar error on the abstracts of proceeding. The finding portrayed some grammatical errors in proceedings written out in English. Grammar takes important role in writing good proceedings so that the readers are able to achieve the benefits of it. Errors in grammar automatically cause misunderstanding and misinterpretation. Through descriptive qualitative method employed in this research it revealed that the writerâs prior knowledge on grammatical rules in Indonesian language had caused problems. Five abstracts were taken as the main source of the data. The abstracts were taken from proceedings published by University of Jember. From the findings it can be concluded that the writers have big deals in giving article, giving ending -s/-es in present form, determining correct preposition, choosing appropriate words, forming passive, adding suffix, and giving final âs in possessive and determining plural and singular. All those problems were suspected as the impact of writersâ prior knowledge on the source language. The writers were still in adaptation on using grammatical rules in the target language, English in this case. The formulation of some phrases and sentences were often come in source language rules. Finally, the result of this research is expected to be able to give meaningful contribution to the reader and the following researcher in the same field
Pengembangan Cerita Anak dengan Pendekatan Ekolinguistik Sebagai Pengungkap Kearifan Lokal untuk Pelestarian Bahasa Jawa dan Lingkungan di SD
disclosure of local wisdom for the preservation of Javanese language and the environment of elementary students. The research approach used is research and development. This research product in the form of teaching material of the story that suitable with learning requirement of Javanese elementary school in the form of discourse which use Javanese dialect where the student is, by utilizing cultural activity, vocabulary, traditional expression, and fairy tale which is local wisdom. This teaching material uses Javanese dialect language [a] which can be used in Banyumas, Tegal, Brebes, and Javanese dialect [×] which can be used in Surakarta, Semarang, and Yogyakarta.Keywords: teaching materials, ecolinguistics, local wisdom of elementary school.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar cerita dengan pendekatan ekolinguistik sebagai pengungkap kearifan lokal untuk pelestarian bahasa Jawa dan lingkungan siswa SD. Produk penelitian ini berupa materi ajar cerita yang sesuai kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa SD dalam bentuk wacana yang menggunakan bahasa Jawa dialek dimana siswa berada dengan memanfaatkan kegiatan budaya, kosakata, ungkapan tradisional, dan dongeng yang merupakan kearifan lokal. INTRODUCING ENGLISH LANGUAGE USING TOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSE TO YOUNG LEARNERS
 Abstract: The purpose of this research is to answer the question: âHow effective is TPR method in teaching English to young learner?â. The method of this research is pre-experimental research. The sample of this research was students of 1A of SDN 08 Kubu Raya which consisted of 25 students. The treatments were given three times in order to know the effectiveness of teaching English using Total Physical response. The technique of data collecting was multiple choices test that consisted of colorful pictures about part of body and color; and there was an oral test where the students should response the teacherâs command physically. The research finding showed that the mean score of pretest was 6.17 and the mean score of posttest was 7.87 and categorized âgoodâ. The result of effect size of treatment was 2.48. It was categorized âhighly effectiveâ because the result of 2.48 was higher than 0.80 that was the high level of effectiveness on effect size criteria proposed by Burn (ES > 0.8 = 2.01 > 0.8). From the computation, it could be concluded that the teaching English using Total Physical response was âhighly effectiveâ.  Key Word: TPR, Young learner, Pre Experimental  Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan: â Seberapa efektif metode mengajar menggunakan Total Physical response dalam mengajar anak-anak?â. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-ekperimental. Sampel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1A SDN 08 Kubu Raya yang terdiri dari 25 siswa. Untuk mengetahui keefektifan dalam mengajar Bahasa Inggris menggunakan metode Total Physical Response, peneliti memberikan treatment sebanyak tiga kali. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes pilihan ganda yang terdiri dari gambar-gambar berwarna tentang bagian tubuh dan warna. Peneliti juga memberikan test lisan dimana siswa harus mampu merespon petunjuk yang diberikan berupa gerakan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan data bahwa skor rata-rata pretest adalah 6.17 dan data skor rata-rata posttest adalah 7.87 dan hasil ini masuk kategori âBaikâ. Sementara nilai dari pengaruh treatment adalah 2.48, dan dikatetegorikan âsangat efektifâ karena hasil dari treatment lebih tinggi dari 0.80 yang merupakan level tertinggi dari kriteria keefektifan berdasarkan usulan Burns. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengajar Bahasa Inggris menggunakan metode Total Physical Response adalah âsangat efektifâ.  Kata kunci: TPR, anak-anak, Pre-eksperimenta
Pengembangan Model Evaluasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa SMA Berbasis Pendekatan Integratif-komunikatif
Evaluation is an important parth of the teaching process. In Javanese language teaching, the focus of evaluation is the students competence in communication. Further more, the evaluation must be able to assest the communicative competence in the test items which to be developed based on communicative-integrative aproach.The goal of this first research is to discribe the developing on evaluation in Javanese learning by the teachers of SMAĂ Semarang. The research design is Research and Development. The data are the test series, was made by the teachers of Javanese language in SMA Semarang. The documentation was used to collecting the data. Interractive analyzes was used in this research. The Results are (1) The Javanese learning evaluation is not integrative by means that test items is still in diskret test.
