On the Phase of -- Mixing Matrix Elements in the SUSY Standard Model
It is shown that the complex phase of -- mixing matrix
element is same as that of the standard model one up to the minor correction of
the order of or less in the SUSY standard model. This conclusion
is valid as far as the Yukawa coupling constants are perturbative and
realistic, and can be available for other realistic models where generation
mixing and CP violation are solely due to Yukawa interaction among quarks and
Higgs doublets.Comment: 8 pages, LaTeX file, figures appended in uuencoded gzipped EPS forma
Agricultural Cooperatives in Japan: An Institutional Approach
How can we explain the reason why cooperatives have evolved so differently? This article argues that the institutional framework gives a decisive influence in organizational evolution and the historic path has been taken by interaction between institutions and organizations. The Japanese agricultural cooperatives are analyzed from institutional perspectives. They were created at the end of the 19th century under overwhelming European influence but evolved as a quite different model under the strong impacts of industrial policies and institutions. They developed as multi-purpose cooperatives bearing triple natures as state agency, pressure group and cooperative per se. The new economy is shifting public policy from protectionist to procompetition and the resulting institutional changes are posing challenges to cooperatives. Their future depends on their willingness to innovate themselves by adjusting to the new environment while applying cooperative advantages.Agribusiness,
Updates of effects on CP angles determination in B decays
The recently observed CP violation in B decay and -\ovar{B} mixing data
put constraints on the mass of and the parameters of the right-handed
current quark mixing matrix in gauge
model. It is shown that the allowed region of parameters are severely
restricted for light with mass on the order of 1 TeV. There exist sets of
parameters which can accommodate large CP violation as measured by Belle,
, for TeV.Comment: 11pages, 19 figures, LaTeX2
Chiral Lagrangian with higher resonances and flavour breaking
A chiral Lagrangian with breaking and higher resonances is
proposed. In this model, the breaking structure in
vector-pseudoscalar sector is realized with the decay constants of pseudoscalar
mesons and the masses of vector mesons used as inputs. We examine whether the
resulting breaking effect in the charge radii of pseudoscalar mesons
is consistent with the experimental facts.Comment: 29 pages, REVTEX(ver.3), DPNU-93-3
